Five guys had a discount thru their app but did not seem to bother beefing up the app. Could not order and store would not take order at counter. So no order means no stars but cannot give it zero!!

Honestly 5 Guys is one of my favs mostly because I can get my hamburger exactly how I like it: ketchup, mustard, pickles and onions - chefs kiss! And the fries are so good and as always they give you a shit ton. No matter which location I go to, I can always count on having a delish burg, fries and maybe a shake!

What I ordered vs what I got. A soggy wet burger.

Burgers are pretty good but not reliably fresh. I appreciate all the fries I get but I would prefer they not be so greasy. Also the burger buns are nothing as advertised. They are a soggy wet mess. See picture of what I ordered vs what I got.

As a foodie, I'm often asked what my favorite food spots are in town. A recent question of what my favorite fast food (ish) burger was, had me thinking. In order to be #1 on the list, a burger must have the following: - Prefect bun - Just the right amount of grease - The ability to add or omit allllllll the toppings I want - Have a side of the best fries in town Let's just say, Five Guys offers it all AND crushes the burger game - therefore is my #1 favorite spot in town for a quick burger fix!

THIS IS THE BEST FIVE GUYS LOCATION BECAUSE OF THE TEAM THAT WORKS HERE. They keep the restaurant always very clean and are extremely professional. Burgers and fries always hit the spot! Today I had a double bacon lettuce wrapped.. so good! And the ketchup just tastes so much better here! Try out this location!

Running errands when he got hungry. I was craving fries and he felt like a burger so he picked this place. It was interesting that you can pick the toppings you want and they tell you how many calories that adds to your burger. I chose the little bacon cheeseburger with jalapeños, lettuce and tomatoes. He went with a cheeseburger and lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, mustard and onions. Regular soda, cup for water and regular fries rounded up our order. They gave us our cups and a number to pick up our order with. We got our drinks and found a place to sit. I was impressed with how clean the kitchen area was. The dining area was pretty clean. Much better than some 'fast food' places we've been. Got our order and the burgers looked about the same size. I guess the difference was his had a second burger patty. Mine was plenty for me. It allowed me to eat some fries without feeling stuffed. I liked that bacon cheeseburger. First off it was nice not to have to pick something off like pickles or onions because I always forget to say I don't want those. Then bacon - add bacon to anything and it's amazing already. They also cooked the burger patty to perfection for my tastes. Juicy and not chewy. And seasoned so delish. He liked his burger. His only complaint was they are pricey. It was expensive to me and I probably wouldn't go there regularly as I'm not a meat eater. But for something different which tastes good I would eat here again. What could they improve on? The fries. Those were not my idea of delicious fries. Some were ok and some oily and soggy. So the fries craving I have will have to be satisfied another day.

    Lil cheeseburger.

What has happened to 5 Guys. So disappointed. A single cheeseburger is now 9.23. The one I ordered was not even hot and they are cooked to order. You can get a double cheeseburger at Shake Shake for 8.99. Even a quarter pounder with cheese at McDonald's at 5.49 is way better. I am done with 5 Guys and I used to love it.

The cashier was efficient and the associate who gave me my food made sure everything was correct. My order was a double double animal style with extra grilled onions. If you've never had In-N-Out the double double is two patties of meat with two pieces of melted American cheese, fresh iceberg lettuce, tomato and spread on a delicious bun. Animal style adds mustard on the patties, extra spread, pickles and grilled onions. I also sprung for animal style fries well. The well means the fries are cooked a bit longer than normal. In-N-Out does use fresh potatoes so they're made to order. They have Coke products and usually go for that or fresh iced tea. Today I sprung for a Neapolitan shake, which is chocolate, strawberry and vanilla mixed together. A delicious meal and I'll be back again.

I asked that they adjust from dine in to carry out and they did great. There weren't spots to be had to sit anyway. Unfortunately, the animal style burger seemed cold as did the animal style fries. Let's face it, their fries kind of suck. Even with all the stuff on them they weren't much better. The special sauce doesn't have the zing of Mickey D's. I don't think I'll be going there again. We don't have them in the Midwest where I live, and I'm okay with that. Over hyped.

I've given this food truck two chances at two different breweries, and both times were a disaster…read more The truck looks cool -- graffiti-style with "Hot Chicken" plastered on it -- but here's the kicker: they don't actually serve hot chicken. False advertising right off the bat. On top of that, they can't show up on time. Both times I've waited on them, they rolled in hours late. One football Sunday they didn't even arrive until 2:40 PM... when games start around 11 AM. Not exactly a reliable partner for breweries trying to host customers. Now for the food: honestly, it's nothing like the pictures online. It comes out looking sloppy and unappetizing. Against our better judgment, my friends and I ordered anyway -- and all of us got sick. This wasn't a one-off either. Both times I ate from this truck, I got sick. That's a major red flag. The owners themselves are nice people, but the product and execution are unacceptable. At this point, the health department really needs to step in and inspect this truck because something isn't right. They also have a brick & mortar restaurant in Lone Tree, but after two bad experiences, I won't be going anywhere near it. If I see this truck at a brewery again, I'll be eating somewhere else.

Authentic, homemade, flavorful, inventive and delicious food! The owner, who stopped by our table to check on us and chat, is from Mexico City and brought all the flavors of Mexico to Colorado and I'm glad he did. Good food, good music, good service. Not sure what else you need?! On the small downside, yes it is a little more costly than other places. I think part of that is the location, Lone Tree being in a wealthier part of Douglas County. However, don't let that stop you from going, just plan accordingly.

Service made it even better. If you like it fresh, you'll love Heidi's Brooklyn Deli. Bread and bagels freshly made. Cannolis (yep, had to have one after my breakfast) was the best I have ever had... and in Boston, we have "world famous" cannolis in the North End... that don't even come close to the deliciousness you will find at Heidi's. Needless to say, we will be in the area for 3 days and will return tomorrow for more. We would also go on Sunday but they are closed. By the way, thanks for the free loaf of freshly made bread. When we first arrived, they made us wait for a full 10 minutes before even taking our order. While waiting, I was watching the employees make the sandwiches, and staring at the orders like they were written in a different language. It was taking them a full 10 minutes to complete one sandwich order at a time and the line was getting frustrated. All the poor guy wanted in front of us was mayo and mustard on his sandwich and they had to remake it twice! Once we ordered, I asked for avocado on my sandwich and she informed me that it would be a three dollar up charge so I agreed. My husband ordered a sandwich that was $18, and when he received it not only was there hardly any meat on it, but the meat that was on it was mostly fat and he proceeded to pull a very long female hair out of the middle of his sandwich. Then when I opened my sandwich, there wasn't any avocado on it at all. Yet she had still charged me. When I showed the hair to the employee, she asked me if I wanted her to remake the sandwich and I refused because I had already waited for a full 30 minutes. I had to request a refund on my sandwich (which she tried to nickel and dime me on, and wasn't about to give me the $3 back for the avocado) and my husband left hungry. Super bummed because I love Heidi's and hadn't had it in awhile so I was really looking forward to it.
