Walk in the door and was greeted. Very friendly customer service there. Put in my order for a double beef burger with lettuce, cheese, and tomato. It took 20 minutes to get it. I want no sauce on it. I would put my own. Went to the ketchup section to get ketchup, but there was no mustard. Had to ask for the mustard. I received my burger. The burger was hot and fresh, and everything was great, but the meat was tasteless. Both patties were tasteless. I've never had a burger. That was just totally tasteless. No flavor whatsoever. The lettuce, tomato, and onions were fresh granted, but a tasteless burger. I doubt if I ever go to another In-N-Out burger place. I don't like tasteless food. this would be the last place I would go for a hamburger. But again excellent customer service and I thank you for that. But I would not be returning. read more

The nicest In-N-Out here in Colorado! Parking was easy to get in, and out... which many know, makes an experience so much for the better. We were down in Parker, picking things up in several stores and we hadn't eaten since brunch and it was way past dinner time. We had a light meal, were greeted warmly and afterwards spoke to the Manager and gave her a Kudos for running a very nice operation there. She was very much appreciative of the compliments and said she'll pass 'em on to her other assistant managers in the coming days. I said to Glenda that In-N-Out is the restaurant equivalent to Costco... where they serve solid value with quality and they take care of their customers with excellent service. Service here is always quick and orders are always correct. They always hook my daughter up with an activity book. Restaurant has always been clean, as well as the outside. As of late, my go to order is animal style fries with chopped chilies and a meat patty on the side that I add to the fries. I believe they call this roadkill fries. My boyfriend always orders the 4x4 protein style. I used to always order my fries well done, but the fries cooked the regular way are really good here! The parking lot is larger here than the Lone Tree location, but I think overall we prefer this location. read more

We caved into our son's demands and went here. I've been here before and really liked their food. The place was very clean. Although the drive-thru was very busy but they managed it we'll. Seriously, I'm at a loss as to what else I can say about In-N-Out's perfection at what they do. Time after time after time after time after time...well, you get it....and THEY get it right! Consistent no matter how busy they are or what time of day it is. And price is ALWAYS on point. We recently paid $5.55 for a Double Double and $3.85 for a cheeseburger. Both loaded, FOR FREE, AS ALWAYS, with any extras or special instructions you desire. Our double-double was animal style, add raw onions. The cheeseburger was animal style, extra lettuce. Both amazing, of course! Only one of my sons could come today, so I already had to promise the other that I would bring him tomorrow. Hellooooooooo, Parker! Yes, there is now another In-N-Out that just opened, now in wonderful Parker, CO. This is in a nice location and has adequate parking for all. The inside is extremely clean and organized, like the other Colorado locations. The best part is that it's not far from LifeTime Fitness to get my fix on my cheat days. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by a bunch of smiles awaiting to take your order. Service was great and fast as usual. If you are lazy, yes, there is a huge drive-through for access . Again, nothing like 3 Double-Double's animal style w/ fries. So, anytime of day, just drop down and grab a bite to eat. It's good to see a late night place to eat now in Parker! read more

The fries were ok. The location on Twenty Mike Rd - I went inside to eat. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries again. Again the burger had some pink and doesn't keep the heat in as it's served. I thought the fries were tasteless and a bit cold. What I would like to commend is the friendliness of the staff! Extremely friendly, courteous and upbeat - even having some upbeat team chants. Pretty much all tables were full from the inside to the outdoors. The parking lot can be kinda crazy between drive through and dine in. Overall, the burgers are delicious and what I expect from In-N-Out. I just get the double double animal style. It was actually a little bit too much for me. Maybe it's a sign of aging? But very good to satisfy a craving. The fries are actually pretty good when you eat them fresh. The strawberry milkshake is my favorite thing to order anytime I'm here. I've had better burgers before. Me, my brother, my mom, and cousin recently went to this in and out and honestly the burgers were kinda dry? The fry's were tiny which I guess means that you can fit more in the boxes but they were flavorless and I think that if I just got plain potato's it would've been better than the fries. It's cheap but it also tastes cheap. It's always busy and not very fast, but also not the slowest to get your food out. This place is way overhyped. The only thing saving it is it's cheap prices (relative to everywhere else these days) but I'd still prefer McDonald's that's saying something because I don't ever eat McDonald's. The burgers just have no flavor and I don't like the fries at all.
