When I picked up the order and asked where the air freshener was the manager said they had been out for a month. There were no signs letting customers know they were out. They had a month to put up a sign but hadn't bothered. He tried to blame both situations on the cashier being a new employee, but first it shows that they aren't training new employees very well and that they are trying to blame a new employee for their laziness of not wanting to make a sign. Horrible customer service and they don't care about your experience. I would also recommend not working here since the manager will throw you under a bus for their mistakes. 2021: I came here after going to another nearby fast food place that I had a horrible time at just trying to order food. My experience here was as smooth as ice. I placed my order, was charged the price listed on the food board (hard for other fast food place to get right), and got my food quickly. The food was very good and not greasy. The chocolate bites were the best part and I would go back to get those just as a snack.
