Ray and his grandson did a wonderful job. Ray is very conscientious and an excellent painter. He has many years of experience and is a perfectionist. We could not have asked for a better outcome. Trey was very accommodating in helping us remove difficult items from the wall and heavy furniture. Luna Services group goes 'above and beyond' and are reasonably priced.

They sent "Lon" out. Hope that was his correct name and this guy was as good or better than the two guys who came out 2 years ago. Very conscientious , helpful and really helped us cover my Buckeye Scarlet And Gray room back to a attractive, sellable bedroom. A light neutral color, he had to work to cover the Scarlet. Sadly he did a great job no more Buckeyes but a great 3 BR Condo in Grove City For Sale. I need to mention that originally I contacted Jenifer in her office her guys were booked and she apologized. On her OWN time, she checked some of her other offices, and found Patrick who got to us quick and got us done as promised. They came back to repair the damage and ended up painting my deck THE WRONG COLOR. The deck was green. My fence is the white color you see. So...he sort of painted it white but I guess he got tired around the railing spindles. I had very high expectations after meeting with them, they were very nice and promised that the…read morepainters would remove everything, tarp everything, then put everything back exactly as it was and do a very thorough cleanup. The first thing a painter said to my husband was basically asking him if we were going to help them remove and put things back, which confused us since that was part of the job description. These people cut so many corners. They didn't remove switch plates or fixtures, they didn't tarp everything, they didn't sand down patches on the wall, they didn't remove any nails they just painted over them, and they got paint spatter all over my house. When they finished they did not do a thorough cleaning, they used MY broom that I had set out and swept the floor, that is it. They did make an effort put mostly everything back where it was but it was all done very sloppily. We had to have them scratch paint off of some things in the final walk through, but there was no way I could've noticed all the little things that got paint on them. When I asked if there was going to be a more thorough cleanup than just sweeping the answer was basically "nah that's it". So I had to spend hours deep cleaning (which I thought I was paying for) and chipping paint off of every surface, and I keep finding it places a couple weeks later. I don't think they tarped my bathroom barely at all considering there was paint on my shower head, my shower curtain, my face lotion on the counter, on the tile floor and in the grout, on my tub and on some decor. When I called to let them know I was upset about the way it went they did try to rectify the situation by offering to come back, however I had already cleaned it up and fixed it because it was finished on a Friday evening so I left a voicemail and didn't hear back until Monday - because I wasn't going to leave my house like that. From speaking with them and looking at the cost I, like I said, had very high expectations that were unfortunately not met. The painters were nice people, but the sloppiness of it all was not what I expected and I felt completely misled about how "professional" of a job it was going to be. They did the majority of my 1,150 sq foot house in two days, and my guess is that part of the sloppiness comes from being rushed. I'd have rather had it be a three day thing and done properly. They get two stars because the walls themselves are painted fine, but the misleading description of what the job is paired with the actual execution and its lack of professional detail is not acceptable at the price point.

Stern Painters broke 3 windows, did not use drop cloths resulting in paint on the hardwood floors, brand new carpeting, light fixtures, wood stair case etc. They also damaged window coverings in the process. Additionally they left food in reach of our dogs which made them ill. We had to hire a new painter to come in to correct all of the cabinets and doors. Mike and his team are unprofessional and disrespectful....do not use this company unless you want a subpar quality.
