I really like 5 guys. When I want a fresh burger 5 guys has been my go-to place. But... I live 5 minutes away and order online. Online usually tells me it'll ready in 7-8min. I leave right away and get there when it's supposed to be ready. I stand at the Pickup counter. Nobody acknowledges me. I stand there for several mins eating peanuts, nothing. I sit down right in front of the pickup window and nothing for 15 mins. When I give up I stand and say "Don't you have an order for David?" "Yes, it's right here." "It's been sitting there for over 15mins, make another one fresh." "Sir, this has not been sitting for 15mins!" WTF? I've been waiting there for 20mins now but it's "fresh?" I had them make a fresh one (another 5 mins, probably just stolen from another order, sorry). JC, if you want to push people to online then you really need to get your stuff together. I went to the store to pick up our 2 cheese burger and 2 milkshake order. The very large manager not on duty appeared to be drunk. He ate several burgers and complained about the milkshake not being timely. He was sweating profusely and left droplets on the counter which where not wiped up. He didn't wear a mask at all. He stumbled out the door and the other manager attempted to stop him from driving his vehicle. I was so disgusted by the scene that although I picked up my order - I threw it away. I would like my credit card refunded. This is not my usual store, I normally go to the one on 192nd. An entitled, insecure, arrogant, piece of shit, that abuses his very little to no power over teenagers because he needs to feel big and important. This place is unacceptable to be running. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, cheese dog with extra onion. I had to wait OVER 35 minutes for my food to be ready, and worst of all... They can't even get my orders right, there was no bacons in my burger and no onion in the cheese dog. All of the food came out cold, including the fries. I have been to much better Five guys in another state that get the orders right, fresh and under 10 minutes too! Brand new location. There are going to be growing pains while the team gets on board and figures out whats going on. The day I came in they're doing great. I saw pick up orders come in and be handed out instantly as soon as the guy asked for it. I was the second person in line and my order was done in about 10 minutes or so. Same food as any other five guys. Great quality and made to perfection. 3 stars taken off for not listening and the unnecessary wait. Pointless to say you are at their location, you have to come up and tell them, save yourself 20 minutes. I asked twice to have my fries put in separate bag. The employee right in front of me dumps the fries in the bag with all the burgers. One, I don't like to have all the burgers be in fries grease. Two, this was a order for some one else, clearly I needed that separate. Three, is how many stars you loose. Went in on the evening of 5/6/23 with my son and boyfriend. Ordered 3 burgers & fries. Had a long wait, but we weren't upset because it was busy. Received our food and all 3 burgers were completely wrong and not what we ordered. I went to the counter and explained the issue to an employee. He called for a manager, Jacob, to come speak with me. He did not look me in the eyes, just asked me what was wrong. I was showing him on the receipt & comparing the burgers to explain the issues. He acknowledged them but it seemed like he was trying to make me accept them. I continued to explain the issues and he very rudely replied "Fine, we'll remake the whole order". He then snatched the receipt away and turned away from me, walking away angrily. I went back to my seat to discuss the situation with my family and then returned to the counter. I asked for a refund, and explained that what had just occurred was extremely rude. I was refunded for the 3 burgers. I see that a lot of complaints are listed online regarding this specific employee. He is not meant to be in customer service or represent a team, let alone a company. read more

I have used this Five Guys twice now and have been disappointed both times! The first time, I went and picked it up the second time I had it delivered. One of Five Guys selling points(as stated by the CEO himself) is the amount of fries they put in the bag; especially when you pay $6 for a large. The order I had delivered had three extra fries at the bottom of the bag. Usually the bag is filled with fries. I also noticed that the burger patties are now smaller than the bun, by a good 3/4 of an inch. I really like 5 guys and was excited about a location being added near me, but this location is unfortunately subpar. read more

Usually have great experiences at five guys, food is always fresh and top notch, but this location sucked in all aspects. My burger was a good 4/10, the buns seemed old. The place wasn't the cleanest, especially the bathrooms, they were gross.
