We looked at the menu online, and I warned them that a double burger was huge, way too much for a normal (let alone elderly) eater, and the regular fries should be split. My Dad's takeout order? I had multiple problems with this location when it came down to my food 2 orders with Door dash was cold and I stay right up the street. The doordasher Was on time picking it up and they also let me know they forgot items and my fries were cold a couple of times asked to speak to a manager about the order they gave me the run around. 02/13/22 I ordered 2 meals Double cheeseburger with bacon, extra mayo, no onions, tomatoes,lettuce , grilled mushrooms,Large fry and a milkshake,Regular cheeseburger with everything on it & a little fry. I had to work that night so I get dropped off and go to eat my lunch before my shift and its half done like raw in the middle it wasnt any extra mayo and it tasted fumny so i call back up there and tell them that I have a long shift and won't be able to come back until the next day. Cannot believe this is a chain!!! I was impressed. Went here on a recommendation from my boss no less and was pleasantly surprised when I chomped my teeth into this burger. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and it was huge. It had 2 patties, a ton of bacon, an abundance of cheese, loaded with my toppings (bbq sauce, lettuce, & onion) and it was all nestled on a large warm bun. Mmmmmm. The fries were incredible too. A co-worker and myself each were going to order our own fries but during the checkout process we were warned by the clerk that the regular sized fry could easily be split between 2 people. We opted for 1 regular fry (Cajun style). The were absolutely to die for. I repeat....The fries were to die for!! They were not overly spicy and had just enough seasoning. And just like the clerk said, the fries easily fed both of us. We even had some left and though they were fantastic, we just couldn't kill 'em. Next time, I will probably get the 'little' burger though. The regular sized burger had me so stuffed. I could barely move after this bad-ass lunch. Warning; if you get a regular burger and a regular fry, be prepared for a definite food coma. Overall: I'm ecstatic this place has opened up in my area. It's a cute little sit-down/take-out establishment with bags of taters everywhere and peanuts there for the taking. A unique feature for a chain I must say. I've been to several locations of this chain and this one is by far the best! I came in at the lunch rush expecting to wait but I didn't have to wait at all. I was immediately greeted by a friendly gentleman at the register. He made sure to ask if I wanted fries or a drink with my order. After he took my order, he kindly mentioned that I was welcome to help myself to some peanuts while I waited. I have always seen the peanuts At every location, but no one has ever offered them to me. My little bacon burger was cooked perfectly on a fresh bun. My Cajun fries were seasoned perfectly and they gave me plenty of extra fries to enjoy later. While I was eating another staff member came to clean off tables as patrons left. The staff appeared to communicate quite well, notifying each other of orders and when new customers were approaching to ensure someone was ready to greet them and take their order. I like the selection of đrinks available and the newer dispensers. The restaurant was extremely clean and staff members made sure it stayed that way. I even enjoyed the music being played. Best lunch experience I've had in a while. I will be contacting the manager to tell him/her how amazing the staff is and what a great lunch experience I had today. The burgers here big expensive and filling. I would highly suggest ordering just a small thing of fries because they also put a large scoop of them on top of everything in your bag. You can order whatever you want on each of your burgers which makes it unique every time you go there depending on what you want. While you wait, they have salted peanuts on the tables that you can crack and just throw on the ground when you're done. They do not serve alcohol but right in the parking lot there is a Applebee's where you can have some drinks after if need be. read more

I got the regular ones, which were massive in amount, hot, and good. The Mr. got the Cajun fries, they were perfectly seasoned and plentiful. Coke topped off our lunch. The place was clean, even though it was pretty busy. Staff was patient and friendly even though they were working their tails off. And the music! They're alright. I came here with my fiance and we got bacon cheeseburgers and fries. I've been spoiled when it comes to my fries - these don't compare. I've had better burgers as well. You get your money's worth -- my fiance and I both barely made a dent in our shared fries before we were full. Was trying to order a hot dog in a bowl because of a gluten allergy (which normally isn't a problem for most 5 Guys to take extra precautions to prevent cross contamination) and the cashier told me that the manager on duty couldn't be trusted to make it safe!!! While I order the rest of my food (with no hot dog in a bowl), I waited 30 minutes for my food. Have visited this location a few times, and the experience had always stayed consistent. This is obviously an in and our joint and serves that purpose. The burgers are decent but the fries are better (IMO). This locations noise level is much more manageable compared to other locations; you don't have to shout to the person sitting next to you due to the radio. The appearance was maintained and clean, including the bathroom. I went during lunch hour, and there were only 2 other people inside. This location is more vacant than their Allen Park location, and a completely different vibe. read more

The burger I got last night was overcooked like a hockey puck ! The bacon tasted like it had been sitting a long time it was not fresh and was also overcooked......The price of a 5 guys is tolerable but for a premium price you should not have to worry about the food being right. Again this was not just a little more well done than I prefer it was very over cooked . One bite I threw it out ! The restaurant was very clean and looked well run so I almost hate to leave a bad review. But it was that bad ! Thanks 5 guys maybe I'll give u a second chance at this location maybe not. They cook burgers on a grill like Mcdonalds but they taste better. They let you pick your toppings like Burger King I know you can also some what pick your topping at Micky D also. This place sets them selves apart from those two places with the flavor of the meat and the amount of different topping you can choose from. Order a large fry and the bag is the size of a brown paper bag that you would send your child to school with an entire lunch in it. They have option for Cajun seasoning with is tasty but if you just get the regular they have vinegar out on the tables for your fries which is a nice touch. They also have dogs that you can smother in toppings. cool little place with the concept of telling you where the potatoes come from on any given day. By the way do people really give ratings on Mcdonalds and Burger King food to me those are funny. read more
