Every single time I've gone in the last 4 months they put SOMETHING other then ketchup. There's literally no excuse because the sticker is always on the wrapper. 2nd negative experience in under a month. This time, the sandwich was missing tomatoes so when I returned to the drive thru to let them know, the manager comes out informing me that they were out of tomatoes and they should have told me about that (they didn't). Asked what could we done and requested a refund. Manager said best she could do was refund the 45 cents for the tomatoes. I told her not to worry about it and left. Have truly been disappointed in their service recently. My morning experiences have normally been good ones. read more

Go there, at 6:03 am. Two cars ahead of me. I never left the window where you pay. 8 minutes later, I get the attention of the cashier, ask for a refund. Said he would have to get a manager. I needed to get to work, never got my refund. I waited for the manager for 2 minutes. What horrible service. I went there this morning and did a curbside order. I had 2 sausage muffins and a pie. I wait 10 minutes outside and call them asking them if it was going to be out soon they said it will be right out. I wait another 10 minutes before the food ever got outside. 20 minutes for 2 sandwich's and a pie is awful. The only reason they got a 2 star instead of 1 is because the food was hot. read more

Hello, last night around 950 at the Sturgis Mi location I finally got to the screen to order behind a line of cars when only one lane was open, and when I got there I was told they were no longer taking orders. So I said its not 10 yet, and she said we are no longer taking orders. So I said they needed to close their lights down then. And she said well you can just leave, so I asked for her name and she told me no and to leave. I do not appreciate this happening. This is probably they 5/6 time it has happened to me or my husband anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes before closing each time. After waiting in line for a decent amount of time. read more

So we called and asked them about it and rather than letting ask if the rest of our order was ready so we could at least pick it up, the lady just hung up on us. I was on my way back to Wisconsin and swung through the drive-through for a burger. The only thing hot were the fries. The quarter pounder was dry, hard and stale. The Coke tasted really strange and "off". I ended up dumping the whole meal in the trash and going somewhere else. read more

Stopped at this McDonalds while my family and I were on a road trip. It was filthy. The bathrooms were not kept up, and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in about one week. Stopped in for dinner as i wasn't feeling well and just wanted to eat something before sleeping, They gave my food to the car in front of us on accident at which point they asked us to pull forward. we waited and they gave us out food. Instead of my 4 piece mcnugget i got a box full of some kind of white relish sauce and no nuggets. If there was a lower rating I would give it lower. Every time I come through something is always messed up or I'm greeted with terrible customer service. The fries are always cold, they never put the whipped cream on top of their specialty drinks, and I nearly always get the wrong drink. Half of the time they say they don't have something, I asked for a caramel hot chocolate, the girl continued to argue with me and tell me it doesn't exist so I called the McDonald's and ask, they said that they do have it. I've worked at a McDonald's and I know what we have. I no longer want to go here because of all this terrible crap. I've been called a b**** and I've been treated terrible. Horrible rude cashier! When I ordered I asked for one order of the 3 pancakes, 3 of the big breakfast and a Biscuit egg and cheese breakfast meal with OJ and she said $27! I'm like no that has to be wrong and I added it up and said it should be less than that. So another woman came over (? Shift manager) and she went over the order and said no it's right. So I paid, got my receipt and looked it over. They charged me for 3 orders if 3 hotcaks, not 1 order as I had asked for. So I called the shift manager over and went over it with her and the cashier said I had ordered 3 separate orders of hot cakes! I again said I had not and she said under her breath " she said 3 orders!". I heard you, woman! How rude! Whatever happened to the customer is always right? I had 4 kids with me who wanted the big breakfast. Why would I order 3 separate orders if hot cakes if the big breakfast already came with 3 hot cakes? Common sense went out the window with this restaurant! Plus the flies! There are more flies in here than people! As normal anytime I go here they miss part of my order or get it wrong. Order hot cakes with sausage for my kids get told I need to wait for my bagel and then when I get home I have the wrong bagel that had me wait for and all of my kids sausage is not with the hot cakes and then I call and they don't answer the phone. Staff not very friendly, have seen employees go as far as calling customers names when the customer turns away. Managment never in sight. Food is usually cold. If brought to thier attention they treat you like a criminal. Occasionally they get it right but over all not very happy with this location. I get a hour lunch and many times spent 30 to 40 min waiting to get my food even when they are not busy. Refrain from going to this location and go next door to Wendys or Taco Bell read more
