I'm a glazed donut type of girl and they ran out when I went at 10:30am! They are so popular which is great for them but terrible for me. I tried the smores and cronut. I preferred the s'mores one which encompassed rich chocolate and a very gooey marshmallow on top. The donut was fluffy and soft. Both donuts were huge and I ate over over two days. The cronut wasn't really for me. It was flaky but it wasn't anything special. I would recommend going early in the morning to grab the ones you want! The donuts are about ~$5 each. read more

One of the best donuts I've had in a while!!!! These huge donuts have all of your favorite toppings. At first they are intimidating but I can say the dough itself is so fluffy and light that it just melts in your mouth and the toppings pair so well on these pillowed donuts! The flavors are spot on the birthday was great and so was the butterfingers. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch was good but the cereal was very stale. And even the classic chocolate was delicious. I have visited a few of their other locations before so I knew what I was getting myself into. They have weekly specials along with a lot of specialty and regular donuts. The donuts are bigger than average as well. They remain open until they sell out. I tried 6 donuts and my thoughts on each are below. S'mores - I had this at one of their other locations and it was somewhat different. I think the marshmallow was a little harder, so it did not blend in well with the chocolate. It was okay. Strawberry Shortcake - I had this at one of their other locations and the same thoughts applied here. It was very refreshing, and the strawberry frosting combined with the fresh whipped cream was great. Cronut - This was a combination of a donut and croissant, and it was solid. The flakiness from the croissant portion along with the glaze from the donut made for a great grouping. Nana Nutter - I had this at one of their other locations and it was a little different. It was a banana custard filling with peanut butter crème and topped with a nutter butter. There was not as much as a peanut butter taste as last time and the banana custard was a little disappointing. White Trash Snax - This was a weekly special. It was essentially white chocolate everything. It was vanilla iced with a white chocolate mousse, white chocolate Chex mix, white chocolate peanuts, white chocolate pretzels, and M&Ms. This was okay. There was just too much going on here. I also just did not like the white chocolate mousse at all. Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cheesecake - I had this at one of their other locations as well and the same thoughts applied. I was not a fan of the cream cheese icing. Will I go back? Yup. read more

I came here the second day they were open. I imagined that it was going to be swamped but we were the only customers in there at the time ordering along with other person who is eating at a table. I had seen Five O advertised for months and all the donuts from their other locations. They looked absolutely amazing, so I knew I had to try them when they moved to the UTC location. With a just opening, I was very impressed how smooth my visit was. They seem to have everything down pat already. Five stars for friendliness and organization. The workers were all incredibly friendly and super nice as I had to ask what each donut was because they were not labeled. I ordered a whole bunch in order to try all of them. My son and friend ate their donut there while I waited until I got home to try them. I must say, I was very underwhelmed. I was expecting much more. I may be partial to the youth donut so this cake donut might not have been up my alley. I ordered the Cookie monster donut which had blue icing and some cookie dough pieces on it along with some Oreo pieces. But what I found strange is that there was peanut butter drizzle all over it. I feel like it did not match up well and I'm glad that neither myself or my kid had a peanut allergy because it was not marked clear at all that peanut butter was on this donut. I'm not sure how peanut butter has to do with a Cookie monster theme. I know this place will do absolutely great so I'm excited for them. Love Five O forever and always! Drove all the way from Brevard to this location at 7am to get here prior to opening! I'm so excited they opened a location in St. Pete and I must try it! We've been here a couple of times now. Today, I had regular coffee. Let me tell you. This coffee is colored water. Worse than a diner coffee. Crap. Then, when I put in some of their packaged half/half, stuff started floating. The staff said it may be bad, but she didn't offer to replace my coffee she noticed that I was just looking at her. Stopped in with my father & it was really hard to decide which donuts to choose from because they all looked delicious. The lady behind the counter was very helpful & even told us which ones were the most popular. We decided on 6 & they did not disappoint. They were big & definitely could not be eaten in one sitting. This place is consistently offering poor customer service with limited hours. Forget about getting donuts before work here or any of their locations. The cattleman's location had 1 table with 2 customers when I walk in. No greetings and I'm scanning what they have he immediately wants to know how many I'm getting. There were barely 12 in the front counters. I said I wasn't sure and did they gave any with white fluff filled he said no as they looked around. I told him to calm down. It was apparent he didn't want to ve there. I also had same experience at the Siesta Key location where I walked in and he saw me and turned around to make a phone call on the house phone. He was so put out with me I walked out. The location off Tuttle that closed was always good but that location closed. I guess they just want to consistently offer poor service with limited hours for over priced donuts. read more

The staff is great at making recommendations. If you are not sure about what to get they will share what their favorites are and top sellers. The store is never overly crowded. There's enough seating in there that you and a few friends can eat your donuts and have great conversation. It's super clean in there and super comfortable. My husband and I are on vacation and we decided to stop by to get a donut. It was right before 1pm and so we got right in. The guy who was in there was kind. I politely told him we only needed two donuts. He kept trying to sell us 12 or 6 and I kept telling him that we only needed TWO. There's only two of us and we didn't need more than that. I decided to get a Strawberry frosted with sprinkles and my husband was still deciding as they had so many choices. While my husband is deciding, the guy continues to put random donuts in our box. I was telling him "we don't need those, we won't eat them" and he didn't listen. My husband finally chose a donut and the guy added it to the box as well. We figured since they were closing, he was trying to get rid of the last of the donuts. Nope! He charged us for all 6 after I told him not once, not twice but more than THREE times that we only needed two. I'm not sure why that was the case but if you come here, be mindful of that. If you were only eating with your eyes this is the perfect place. The donuts are large and the kitchen sink approach to toppings makes them visually appealing. There are certainly a wide variety of offerings. We tried red velvet, s'mores, maple bacon, birthday cake, cookie dough, plain glazed, cherry cheesecake, blueberry cake, cronut, Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Oreo. I'm going to give them credit for being newly opened and working out the kinks. That being said, the cake donuts were pretty dry and the glazed donut wasn't fully cooked in the middle.
