I've visited both locations on Main Street and I think it's important to know that the menu and availability of items can differ between the two. The original/older location seems to have a lot more available than the other as one seems heavily focused on muffins while the other has empanadas, and way more bakery variety. My muffin was great as was my chai latte. Service is pretty good at either location especially considering how busy these stores seem to be, but I also wasn't in a rush to get to work with breakfast. Something else to add is that the newer location definitely seems to have more space available inside before you consider the outdoor seating. read more

I visited both locations, both locations are on Main Street about 3min by car from each other. The newer location is modern and very spacious, love the aesthetics, however it seems to have not as much options as the original location. This one had the pistachio croissant roll and it was so delicious and well as the freshly squeezed orange juice. We been to this place twice during this trip. First time was with the family and it was a big group and they were able to cater all of us! I got a cake and a croissant sandwich, the cake was very hard to eat, but it's very tasty. I got a smoked salmon, croissant sandwich and it was very yummy. The cheesecake would dense and creamy, pair perfectly with the jam on top. My sister-in-law got her Matcha and she tried it and it was not that good. Plus she found a bug in her drink. They were able to issue her refund. So maybe don't get the Matcha The second time we've been here it got more busy. It's harder to find parking, but I got ahi tuna, it tasted good at first, but there were some greens taste too leafy that I don't know how to describe. It's not my personal favorite. Maybe it is for other people, but the tuna was pretty fresh. The honey cake was the best. I also got a white sangria. It was very refreshing, but don't forget to stir it before drink it because the top was taste like white wine and the bottom was overly sweet. Friendly coffee shop and bakery in the heart of Sarasota near the opera. Enjoyed dessert and coffee here last night with a ton of selections. We tried the flourless chocolate cake, and eclair and the Dubai cheesecake. The cheesecake was large and amazing for $7.99 and the coffees were awesome. We had the Syrniki, Stuffed Butter Croissants, and Chia Pudding! The Syrniki were fantastic. We've never had them before and we got one for the table to share. Stopped by here to grab a quick latte and a couple of treats to try. I ordered a hot pistachio latte, cheese danish and an elephant ear. The ladies working were very kind and got everything ready quickly. The cheese danish was definitely the star of the show - probably the best danish I've ever had. The pistachio latte was amazing and the elephant ear was fun to try, but not my favorite. All of the goodies in the bakery case looked delicious and it was definitely hard to pick only a couple. Love supporting Local! The Hot Chocolate was amazing, but the "Lobster Tail" pastry was just ok. Hubby and I have had the "Lobster tail" pastry in Vegas and unfortunately it's much better in Vegas than the one here in Sarasota. I love those pastries and was so excited to see it available close to home. The cream inside seemed over whipped and curdled. Bummer! Cute shop and the service was great. Almost unbelievable! This husband/wife team from Ukraine really know how to bake the most wonderful dishes.

The desserts are quality. This past few months they have opened another larger location on Main Street. While this is roomier, and has a nice ambiance, they still don't have it together with getting the food out in a timely manner. I waited 5 months to leave a review for service, but not much has changed. It needs to become more streamlined. You get a number, and they bring items one at a time. Sometimes bring appropriate cutlery, sometimes not. Quite a few tables remain uncleaned when it is busy, leaving less places to sit. With the Smaller location you clean up after yourself, but this one has a note that they will clean up as there are no return stations. They need to have some training for this type of restaurant model. read more

The egg savory crepe was my favorite. This is a seat yourself restaurant and there tends to be lines in the morning for good reason. It's worth the wait. Coffee is roasted on site. 1 o'clock today package a lot of stuff was closed because this was Martin Luther King Day and it was the Monday after a lot of stores were open on Sunday so a lot of places were closed so we just wanted something like we stopped in at this place which we've eaten at last year and the year before and the year before and we shared the locks on everything bagger and coffee and a mocha muffin. They also have a variety of bagels, croissants, sandwiches, crêpes, and other breakfast foods are served fast and friendly. There wasn't much of a line although it was busy. There is street parking outside, a lot of it is metered during the day. They don't have their own individual parking lot, this feels like a very hip coffee shop as there are a handful of them on the street. They do have ample seating, which is inside and out and it's right downtown. It's a good place to people watch go on a date meet up with a friend or hang out with your dog.
