thought I would try this car wash in my area, first time going there. I just want to get the salt off my truck so I got the basic Car Wash just like I do and every other car wash I go to. they did one of the worst jobs ever the front bumpers are dirty the back tailgate and the back bumpers are still dirty and they don't even blow the water off or take any of the water off when it comes out of the end of the car wash. I guess drawing the truck or blowing the water off it they charge you an extra charge for that what a rip off, they just pull it out and park it on the side terrible service and I even left a tip before it came out figuring the tenants standing there with the towels will do something what a fool I was. I've been going here for a while. they always did a nice job and we're friendly. My last visit in June, I realized a day or two later that the pocket knife under the floor mat was missing. so I can't take my car there anymore since I can't trust the employees of taking valuable items out of my car. my husband went to talk to the owner and nothing ever got resolved or replaced. MUST READ AND STAY AWAY! This is a terrible car wash with rude employees! The lady from corporate was so rude and she said I came in to cause issues for them! Story: The drain plug to my cooler came undone and bunch of fish/slime/blood/etc got all over my trunk which splashed into the back seats. I came in to do a full interior cleaning 79.99. Saw the advertised Yelp Promo $50 for $75 so I took the offer. Upon everything is done, I have noticed multiple scratches inside my car and my Airbag symbol on my dashboard came on. So I questioned the manager, first about the airbag symbol and he quickly pointed at my taped bumper. He said I had an impact and that is likely the cause. I had a crack fog light that was taped from a flying rock on the highway!!!! So then I was just asking if it is just normal that when the insides were wet that the airbag symbol will go off. he said he never seen that and he kept pointing the fact that my car was hit. I told him it was not and it wasn't on before. Being frustrated, i moved on and pointed out my Auto Dimming rear view mirror was scratched and my Head unit was scratched. Wassup with that? So he just said hold on and just walks away. 10 minutes later, he comes back with this old lady name April from Corporate. So i gave her the details and again pointed that I was in a collision and that is why your light went on. They kept insisting that it was the case until i told them how that happened. Then I asked her same questions and she asks me am I a mechanic? I told her no, and she asks me then How would i know? I know that my seat belt has an electronic sensor and it is tied to my airbag system. that's how it knows whether to deploy or not. So Then i told her how about the scratches and she says "How did i know if that scratch wasn't there in the first place, we use clean cloth". I told her, because a clean cloth can be dirty after one wipe, just like a clean tissue, after one blow it's dirty. She then asks me so is your car clean? i said "I don't know I...", but before i finished my story about the smell that I was trying to get rid of, she said it looks clean to me, you should be 100% satisfied, this should be a 100% customer satisfactory job. I told her no! Because I am the customer and I say it's not satisfactory! So I ask her for her name again, she repeated it half way and she said, "You are recording me?" I was like what? I said no, look at my phone.. She said you came here to cause trouble, get out of here. So I was kicked out, air bag light is on and scratches inside of my car. Stay away! read more

AVOID THIS CAR WASH AT ALL COSTS! My wife brought our new car in for a clean here yesterday, and the barely English speaking workers employed at Five Points, rammed our new car into the car in front. My wife noticed the front license plate looked bent when they were drying off the car. The worker did not reply, as he did not understand English. another worker came over, and replied that they were going to straighten the plate out, which is a fabrication. The plate is cracked in half, the upper bolts severed, and I found damage to the front bumper, scratched. I called this establishment and spoke with their manager, whom immediately sounded annoyed he had to be bothered with this situation. His first question to me was, what would you like us to do about it? I naturally replied, to pay for all repairs. His next response was explaining that their was a sign out front, that legally excluded their business, from all responsibilities of damages incurred during the car washing processes. I replied I certainty do recall the sign; and, expected a cowardly response as this. I then retorted, Brian, how do you believe this damage occurred at your car wash? He paused, then replied, the plate must have been loose already and/or damaged! Can you believe that response, trying to project his guilt on to me. Our car had no damage prior to entering their car wash. I went onto to say, that I will warn others of their negligence; and, disrespect towards their clientele. They lost a longtime loyal customer, as my wife and I, have been bringing our various cars there, since they first opened, under different management, years ago. An absolute buyer beware situation here, enter at your own risk. It sadness me to have to post this, but it is a cautionary review, to alert the general public; and, potential future and current clientele, of possible damage occurring to your vehicles. I had always been satisfied in the past with this car wash but it has really gone downhill. I purchased the 'Managers Special' asking them to vacuum my hatchback. I was told I had to open the trunk myself as the car entered the carwash. It was difficult to understand the cashier with her attitude as she was speaking to me and she turned and walked away rudely. I figured they had vacuums at the end and I would open it for the people doing the detail. When the car came through, I opened the trunk and asked if they could clean it. The employee did not understand english and closed the trunk. They also just barely wiped down the interior and were done. Not what I paid for at all. I asked the rude cashier about the trunk and she got annoyed and walked away, saying something nasty. Then I asked the manager on duty and he took the car and had it vacummed. He must have seen what a miserable job was done and had them redo the interior after vacuuming the trunk. The person in front of me and behind me also had issues. They had to rewash the guy in front of me because it was covered in soap. The lady behind me sent her car back to be vacuumed again because they did such a bad job. I paid for the Premium car wash that advertised interior cleaning. Upon reentering my car, I noticed that the back seats had not been wiped and there were crumbs/dirt on the carpet. I went back to see if they could clean it again, and the manager told me that wiping seats were not included in the Premium package and it would be an additional charge. I asked the lady, did you clean the back window. She said I don't do it every time. I asked if she has a way to track if, if she did it last time. She did clean it, however once I hit the road and sun the front window was completely smeared. Also, they look to see if you need to be vacuumed. The entire vacuum process takes 10 seconds, so that tells how well they vacuum. One more thing they are the only car wash that closes on a summer holiday. Crazy but thats the business you're in. Why did I upgrade to the premium $16.99 wash if my cup holders and storage cubbies are still filthy? I don't expect them to get in there with a Q-tip, but a quick spray and wipe down would be nice. I was in the area and needed to kill a half hour before an appointment so I stopped in since the line was doable. The service was friendlier than most car washes. It did, however, smell like cigarettes in the inside cashier's area. Maybe people are smoking too close to the open door? Overall this place got the job done but was definitely expensive for what you get. There were still some dirt marks on the outside of my vehicle that I had to ask them to spray down and wipe off. It's sub par. I got the classic package which is about 15 dollars for a car wash and vacuum. My car was pretty clean to begin with inside but I wanted it vacuumed for the other dirt that was there. I literally saw the guy look inside my car and vacuum just the one side of my car for approx 30 sec. I'll go back for the car wash but if you're expecting a great vacuum they don't take their time and it's just an assembly line. For 15 dollars, you'd think they'd take a bit more time. It isn't the first time it's happened here so I've learned my lesson to just do the car wash for approx 5 dollars and handle the vacuuming myself. read more

Bought a membership. Second time I've went there and they were closed during their operating hours. Today it had a passing two minute shower and now the suns out. It's 230 on a Saturday afternoon and the suns out and they closed because of a two minute shower. I called and they said they would not reopen today and everyone went home. I don't know what's happened to this place, but they've seriously gone down hill. I got the $22 wash (I think it's called the Ultimate), and decided to add on the $10 dash and door service. As my car was going through, I noticed that 3 of the spinning things weren't working. The one that cleans from the hood of the car to the back, and then the two side ones that clean the sides of the car. Pretty much the most important parts of the wash, but no big deal, things break, it happens. My car comes out, they very quickly wipe down everything they always do, and they call me over to say it's done. I noticed that they didn't give me the tire shine, so I had to call them back over to do that. And then I get in my car and pull away because I was in a hurry, and I notice that they did a horrible job wiping down my interior! I wish I didn't even pay the extra money for the dash and doors because I'm certain they would have done the same job without it! There's dust everywhere still and there's still dirt and other marks on the outside of my car. I will not be recommending this car wash to ANYONE, and nor will I be returning. read more

Definitely one of the best car washes in the area..they're quick and do a great job getting your car shining. If you are someone who likes to keep their whip clean 24/7 like me it's a better idea to get the monthly membership, plus it's more bang for your buck. Just had my car washed here. Ultimate wash ($23). They didn't scrub the tire/rims before hand (brush sitting there in the bucket) and they barely used the pressure hoses at all before it went through the wash. Seems like they are doing less and less for the same high price. I would gladly pay if was quality. read more

The two stars are for the staff and the job they do. I had been going here for almost three years since I got my new car. About 2 years ago, I signed up for a great Everwash program. All the staff are friendly and helpful. They do a really nice job. The young woman up front is always smiling and very sweet. But today I had the unfortunate experience of meeting the owner. As I was waiting in line, he was hanging out around the front of my car and then came up to my window while I was gathering up some trash in my car and asked what wash I wanted and he would get my ticket. Mind you, I didn't see this guy came from the building and he was not dressed in uniform and was creepily hanging around my car. I was unsure who he even was and I had already waived to one of the guys I see regularly so I said "they have it, they know me." He insisted he would get the ticket so I said classic, I have the everwash. Then he demanded to see my phone. I said again, they know me. He said, "Well I'm the owner". I got my phone and pulled up the app. Not once in almost 2 years have I ever had to pull show the app because they just give you the slip and they scan it at the front. I quickly got my slip, went to the front and told the manager and woman and the desk that would be the last time they would ever see me. I canceled the everwash as I waited for my car. I had tree sap on my car and I tried to do it myself after watching a YouTube video that said to use alcohol swabs. DON'T DO THAT!!! After I made a mess, I went to Five Points Carwash to get the sap and smear taken care of. They did an exterior detailing and did a great job! Not a trace of sap or the alcohol smears I had made.
