This is highly recommended as you want to protect your major investment, especially the model S and X, as they come from the California plant, which has a different regulated paint specifications! Like many people, I wanted to find a place closest to the dealership, so that there would be no paint chips on the way there. After finding AODetail, and reading all their positive reviews, and even how the owner responded to the only negative review for someone doing a last minute request on New Year's Eve, I decided to call and talk specifics with the owner, Nick. He was AWESOME from the very first conversation through the entire process! His prices were reasonable and his experience was invaluable. I had some ideas as to what I wanted and which products and we discussed pros and cons of each. On a few occasions, we discussed possible options and rather than try to make a quick buck like many do, he recommended honestly against them as they added little to no value at a higher cost. We talked about his customer service and business practices and philosophy and how it closely aligned with mine when I had my own business. He is a very friendly, patient, down to earth, and honest businessman. He is also a perfectionist, which I appreciate as I am one too! I could not be happier with the outcome, the process, the cost, the owner, the staff, the product choices, and ultimate customer service! These days it is extremely hard to find this level of customer service anymore. I wish more experiences were like this one. But if you're looking for car washers to take your car out on an UNAUTHORIZED JOY RIDE, then, these are your guys. Funny story, when I confronted them about taking my new car out for a jaunt the car washer in-charge lied to my face and then, get this, told me my car's gps app was wrong. So if being lied to your face is your thing, these are your guys. If scratches, swirl marks and overall carelessness makes you happy, these are your guys. If inattention to details (NOTE: odd because DETAILING is their business, right?) is what you're after, then search no further, these are your guys. So the next time you're driving down the road and see Girl Scouts offering car washes, take them up on the offer. Trust me you stand a better chance of getting your money's worth.
