This place is located next to Sakegura in Snellville. My fiancé was very excited about us visiting this place after lunch since he frequented the place very often while in high school, which also gave me high expectations... but, we were both disappointed. Many of their machines were out of service, and the place wasn't very clean. They had a $5 deal which allowed us to pick some extra toppings, but, unfortunately the toppings didn't make it any better since the froyo itself was nasty. Lets just say none of them tasted like what it was supposed to taste, and some of the toppings like the cookies were stale. Just... not ok. The staff is friendly and even suggested some combinations, although it didn't make it any better, but they tried and showed that they cared. Maybe just a bad experience but I will not be back. I visited this place a few years ago. The frozen yogurt was good but I have had better. At that time and perhaps the restaurant still does have a fish tank. I was highly disgusted when I saw a worker reach into the aquarium barehanded. If you use GPS, it will lead you towards target, but it is actually located between Visionworks and Panera Bread. The sign is tiny and hard to see. Also, it may also be referred to Cloud9, which adds to the confusion. The staff was MIA. I didn't see anybody until standing by the register for about 5 minutes. But again, there was a lot of kids in the store for a birthday party? So willing to overlook that as well. So the jury is still out on the staff. The place seemed moderately clean, but there was a crowd of kids at the time, so the jury is still out on the cleanliness too! Now down to the nitty gritty: the tea! I got the jasmine milk tea with white boba - 2/5. The drink does not taste like a bubble tea at all. It tastes like sweetened milk. Again, there was no tea flavor. The white boba is just like crystal boba or agar boba. Now, I know at bubble tea spots, you cant judge a spot by only drinking one drink. So, I am willing to go back and try it. The con's - Tonight's visit had 2 full machines down and 2 machines with only one working. A few of the machines had soft serve dried to the fronts of the machines and onto the floor in front of them. Garbage bin lids are disgusting, covered with dried soft serve (yea I get it-it's an ice cream shop but these should be cleaned throughout the night) Sat down at a table, sticky as can be. The owner and pastry chef are always nice and though it does sometimes take a while to get our drinks because they're made to order, they are always amazing. Recently they've added a little game area with a tv that played kids/Disney music last time we came. Overall great place and great service.
