I think I have reviewed another King Fu tea before but this is the closest location to my parents house. I was visiting them this weekend and my sister and I wanted boba. We drove 30 minutes to Snellville to get some! ***LOCATION*** Plenty of parking as it is in a strip center! ***AMBIANCE*** Really nice and welcoming inside with some seating for meeting friends. We actually came 3 times this weekend, I am a little embarrassed to say but it was so good! Haha we came Saturday night, then Sunday morning. We went shopping all day Sunday and stopped back by again before going home. My sister always convinces me we must since she doesn't live close to bubble tea shops! Haha ***STAFF*** Really nice! I am sure they think we are crazy for coming 3 times in 24 hours though haha ***DRINKS*** I love the consistency! My drinks are always consistently very good and their 30% sweet option is perfect! I tried the Kf milk tea and the oolong and both were delicious! ***CONCLUSION*** My go-to place if I am visiting my parents, even though it is still a 30 minute drive, it's worth it! Especially with all of the shops and restaurants around, if you live in Monroe and want to go get out, this area in general is great and not TOO far :) read more

I always get the Oreo wow. All the wow's are made with lactaid for the lactose intolerant people out there. The service was impersonal, we came in and came to the counter but were redirected to the iPad to place our order because there was only one server in the building. The music was loud to the point my husband and I were thrown off by it when we came in. We would've liked to stay inside and drink our Oreo wow but the music really was deafening to be honest. Today a friend and I decided to get out and enjoy our Saturday. We decided to stop by kung fu tea to cool down and take a little break. I got a passionfruit green tea with mango bubba. When I tasted the tea, it tasted like medicine. I am not sure what ingredients they use, but it was not desirable to my pallet. When talking to the cashiers, they were very nice, but would not resolve my issue. They offered to additional ingredients, which they said would make the drink more bitter. I had explained the tea wasand more because it was also extremely sweet and taste like medicine. I did not want to go from something tasting medicine to tasting like bitter medicine. I asked if I could change out my order because I had only taken a sip and I was denied the option to do so. I was informed that they do not do not refund nor exchange. I did not realize that but quickly noticed that the actual cash register where I paid had the information written down there for the customer to see. I am not bashing their Shop, but I am making others aware of no refund and no exchange policy. They do not have sample that you can taste ahead of time either in the event you want to try something that you have not tried before. read more

Drink, service and ambiance was good. Today I ordered the sesame matcha milk drink however it was sold out and unavailable because the mix comes combined with the sesame seeds. This is what I was told by the lady taking the orders. I ended up ordering the regular matcha milk drink. It has a very creamy yet sweet flavor. It is light and delicious. Made with Lactaid Milk so it's lactose free. The mister ordered the Cocoa Cream Wow drink and he loves it. The establishment is neat and clean. The business is up to date and modern with touchscreen ordering options and LED displays. Welcoming and comfortable dining experience including colorful happy decor. This is the second or third time I have made an attempt to order an item that wasn't available from this business. Overall I do recommend Kung Fu Tea and the Matcha Milk drink. read more

The Cocoa Cream Original was really good! It tastes both warm and cold at the same time because I assume the boba was made fresh and the drink itself was on the colder side. They do not serve any food but they have a wide range of drinks. Service was good with an expected wait time of 10 mins on the higher end and I liked the layout of the place as well. read more

This used to be my go-to KFT, not anymore though. The quality of the drinks were really good when they first opened, but the consistency of the drinks kinda went downhill after while. The drinks nowadays have weird ratios that are too bland or too powdery. I would also check the charges for boba too since I got charged more expensive kind of boba even though I chose and got the regular one. A lot of new faces so maybe that's why for the inconsistency. OK, over the years my yelp friends KNOW about my milk-tea adventures.... lol. I HAVE grown to like milk tea, believe it or not. While out shopping, I saw that Snellville has a milk tea shop! I think I've been to Kung Fu Tea while in California; not sure if they're the same franchise but I remember the odd shaped cups! Anyways, my step daughter and I stopped in to get a milk tea. I did find that the menu here is not as "authentic" as other milk tea places. There are a lot blended/smoothie drinks, and drinks with crazy toppings like caramel/cookies, etc. I feel that is not authentic... and more to cater to the flavors of the people in this area. This is a new location, for Kung Fu tea. It's in a congested area. It's in the plaza where Bath and Body works and Party City is. We came here on a Sunday. It wasn't crowded at all. The woman taking our order was nice. They were out of the stores slush, so she suggested tge oreo slush. I was disappointed in the fact that they were out of Smores, and they just opened. For cleanliness, I give it a 8/10. The wait was no too long. About 10/12 minutes. The variety of tea here, is amazing! They have slushes, coffee drinks, boba tea of all flavors. I did not see a brown sugar boba option though. The oreo slush, was ok. It tasted like they made it with a powder. Hmmmm. Kinda chalky, but filled with oreo. I will definitely be coming back. not sure who the cashier was, but it was an asian girl, she looked at me and my sister like she didn't like us from the jump, I didn't think much of it, but when we got our drinks, it was horrible. i ordered hot chocolate, and it was very bitter + too much chocolate powder. you could feel and taste the chocolate powder clumps, it wasn't mixed well at all. they didn't seal the drinks well either, it almost split everywhere. Kung Fu Tea just opened in the Shopping Center next to Party City in Snellville, and they have all kinds of drinks from Teas, Boba, Punches, Lemonades, and even Frozen Slushes of all kinds. I'm not huge on Tea, but it's really your one stop shop for all sorts of refreshing drinks. I tried the Coffee Slush, and it was light while yummy! I'll be back to try something else. I bought a Thai bubble tea from here and it was disgusting. Thai tea is supposed to be an orangish color and sweet. It was none of that. I'm so happy that there's now a boba place in this area; They are currently in their soft- opening phase so they're still in the process of training employees and stocking some items, which is understandable. But so far, I've overall gotten great customer service (everyone's so welcoming) and on top of that my drink tasted really good. The place has a really cute vibe to it too. Definitely looking forward for the grand opening. Safe to say this will be my new go-to boba spot! read more
