They kept "test driving" our vehicle even though we tracked miles, it was not driven as much as they said. We took the truck to a shop down the road, about twenty minutes they found the problem and day later it was fixed and running great. Epic fail for a dealership that cant seem to fix any of the cars they sell. They even broke our radiator in the process of trying to fix some "bare wires" on a throttle body that was also recently replaced, they did replace it at no cost to us obviously.

He and his team wrote me an IOU which the purchase of my vehicle was contingent on and he did not fulfill it. He sold me a lemon that his service team knew needed repairs and hid those service orders from me. When I spent countless hours trying to call him and get this addressed, he accused me of cursing at him (which I never did) and refused to help me.
