The coffee machine is a bit unique as it's an electronic touch screen machine... not a normal drip brew coffee. Not even sure how it works but my husband said it was good. We also grabbed the kids donuts. (Though, our oldest said it was a "3/5"). I contemplated getting something from their hot foods area but decided I didn't need anything. The staff were all friendly. Then she was the one that rang me out, again, not talking to me. I thought that maybe she was just quiet and shy. I then came back in to run to the bathroom before leaving and she was laughing and smiling and talking to her coworkers. Hmmm... I didn't get a smile OR an actual rely when I asked a question but she could hoot it up with her fellow employees. That's nice. Coffee was ok. We got the bottom of the pots. The same girl changed out the pots as soon as I filled our cups. I would think that someone who was out for great customer service would have been like "Let's get you a fresh cup of coffee."
