Just two minutes after stepping out, I walked back in and was suddenly told we had to come back later. The communication was unprofessional, and the interaction itself was not kind. As a mother and daughter, it left us questioning whether we were being taken seriously as customers. We were ready to have two vehicles serviced one immediately and another scheduled- and had heard great things about your business, including your homemade air fresheners. Instead, we were dismissed without any attempt to keep our business. At the very least, you could have offered to schedule us or shown some effort to accommodate us. I don't mind paying more for good service, but I do expect to feel valued, and that did not happen here. First impressions matter. Being quoted, then turned away moments later, was frustrating and disappointing. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I visited the Waldorf location on St. Patrick's Boulevard earlier this week and noticed that my trunk hadn't been vacuumed. The only thing in my trunk was a single kickball. Since my trunk had always been cleaned during previous visits, I simply wanted to find out if something had changed. I wasn't looking for a refund or trying to complain--I just wanted an explanation. I reached out through the online chat and spoke with Kimberly. Instead of explaining that the membership packages had changed and that trunk vacuuming depends on the package, she was rude, dismissive, and ended the conversation after telling me I would have to go into the location to cancel my membership. I then tried to cancel online, but the fillable cancellation form on the website didn't work. It directed me to call customer service instead. Ironically, I reached Kimberly again. After I asked to cancel, she again refused to help, insisted I had to go into the location, and ended the call. After that, every call from my personal phone went straight to voicemail. When I called from my work phone, the call went through immediately. Thankfully, I reached Erica, and she completely changed my opinion of the company. She listened, apologized sincerely, explained that the membership packages had changed over time, and offered to help me find the package that included the services I expected. She also offered three months of complimentary service because of my experience. To be clear, this was never about getting free months. If someone had simply explained that the packages had changed, I would have happily upgraded. Instead, I was treated poorly and given inaccurate information by one representative. Erica is the reason I'm still a customer today. She demonstrated exactly what customer service should look like. My hope is that management recognizes employees like her while also addressing how customers are treated by representatives like Kimberly. Long-time customers deserve respect, accurate information, and a willingness to help--not rude interactions that leave them wanting to cancel after years of loyalty.

As I see here, there are many complaints about George, the person who takes the credit cards or is it, so to say, the "gatekeeper." By accident, I had forgotten my wallet at home that day, so I couldn't give him a different card. Later on same day, I called the owner, Raj, to talk to him about that, but he never returned my call. I texted him. And again he ignored that too.. At that point I decided I had finally had enough of putting up with the squalid customer service. This place has gotten increasingly worse since Raj automated everything. There is no cashier or attendant in the office. The place looks deserted it and I'm sorry to say I'm very disappointed in the way this company has turned out to be. I also concur with the comments regarding the damage to their vehicles. Four of my cars were damaged or dinged while going through the car wash at this place but every time I brought it to their attention, the owner Raj, whom I considered a friend, was taking it personal as if I was insulting him by pointing out that my car had been damaged because of his faulty equipment. Furthermore, every few months Raj creates a new package to charge more money and skimp out on the services. The rims are no longer cleaned. The seats are not cleaned as Raj claims they never clean seats! The interior door handles are not cleaned, the screen of the information center is not cleaned, and I was paying $69 a month for the Supreme package. I took my business to White Horse car wash on Richmond Highway and they do all of that for $54 a month for unlimited car washes.

This Dash In is the example of how things should be. I have never walked in the door without being greeted by at least one employee, the store and the parking lot is always clean, and the service is excellent. You have to make a U turn if traveling south on 301, and if traveling north or making that turn, you have to watch for cars merging onto 301 from Smallwood, as you try to turn into the store. It is worth the trouble, The owners of this store are often working there, and they are totally into customer service. It is rare to rate a convenience store, but this one deserves more stars than Yelp allows.
