Super fast car wash, you are done in less than 5 minutes for the basic! I was surprised, it actually cleaned our car and they did a great job. They have 2 people towel off the car to finish and you can pull over and dry more of your car with rags that they have. Basic wash is $9 and you can upgrade two more levels super is $14 and elite is $19. They have additional services that you can add on. If you need a vacuum, it is $1. You'll need quarters, but you can get that from the booth where you pay. read more

I came here after getting my son Troy's haircut. My car needed an interior cleaning. It was a complete mess. I was a little in a hurry...it was a holiday weekend, and i had just traveled back from Tidewater, VA ...so Bessie was very dusty and dirty inside. The service was excellent. My first visit today to Wash Fair Car Wash. This is the first time I stayed in my car while my car went through a wash, interesting watching from the interior of my car. I got the $11 exterior wash for this visit. Very efficient operation, I saw 5 employees: the cashier, two who work on your car before you go through the wash, and two who meet you at the other end of the wash to towel dry your car. After I got home I checked out my car, it was beautiful. They did a very good job in a short amount of time, so I now have a new car wash. I had gone to another car wash near my house for many years but new ownership, increased prices (I started cleaning my car's interior myself as a result), fewer choices, and after a while an increase in bad reviews had me looking for another business. Checked out reviews for a number of businesses and so glad I found Wash Fair. Prices are outstanding, they do quality work, so will try an additional service on my next visit. read more

I wish I had a before picture of what my car was like when I brought it in. My husband and I have been gone for weeks and the car is been parked under a tree so it didn't look great. The boys did a great job scrubbing it down before running it through the machine and making sure that we were happy with the results. I came here a few weeks ago after not having my car washed all year due to being at home most of the time because of the pandemic. I also moved away from my go to car wash in Herndon so I had to find a new one closer to Alexandria. I saw reviews for this car wash pop up on Yelp so I decided to check it out. For car washes, I always see a lot of 3-star reviews. Never have I seen a 4 or a five but here is the deal. Any car wash that is your typical drive up, pay, and roll through the wash, has potential to do damage to your car. If it doesn't do damage to your car, then you can't expect every inch of your car to be perfectly clean. Unless you pay for a premium detail, don't expect the wash or attendants to do a great job with your car. They often have a line building up behind them so they have to keep it moving. Especially when the weather is nice or after a snowstorm. With that being said, I took the reviews here with a grain of salt. Sure enough, I drove here, got the top premium wash for about $18 (I think), went through the car wash and left. I like how I didn't need to get out of my car. It was a quick process and I was satisfied for the clean I got for the price. They do use brushes for this car wash so beware if you are driving a newer car, especially a darker colored one. I would recommend washing it yourself or getting it professionally detailed if you can afford the time and money to do so. For this service though, my car is about 7 years old and has a few dings on it, so I wasn't too concerned about minor scratches. I just wanted a clean car. I would go here before I went to any gas station car wash. Those are often terrible. Especially the touchless ones. Those don't really clean well if you have months of built up dirt. Go check this place out if you need a quick wash for a decent price. The staff seemed friendly too. Oh, one ding that I did notice is that the other car wash in herndon that I went to would always check your antenna before you entered the wash. If it could screw off like mine, they would always ask to take it off and just toss it back in the window. Not a big deal, but a nice touch. I was looking for a place that could do a complete interior detail and a friend suggested Wash Fair to me on Tuesday. I went straight to their website and saw the description of the detail and it was exactly what I wanted so I called to set up an appointment. Nobody answered the phone despite multiple attempts on Wed, Thu and Fri. The website very clearly states they do interior details on Wed and Sat, starting at 8am on a first come, first serve basis. So, living 30 min away in Reston, I rearranged my entire schedule and got up super early on a Saturday to get here for service. At 8a, after arriving at the cashier stand at 730a to make sure I was first in line, the guy who works here opens the window and after finding out that I want interior detail, he tells me that the detail service is not opening until 10a because of the weather. (It is bright and sunny and 35 degrees currently so rain is not an issue). I asked him how I was supposed to know that since nobody ever answers the phone and it isn't posted on the website and the guys shrugs his shoulders and says "I don't know." So then I ask him if I can schedule a 10a appointment since they did not communicate this delayed opening for cold weather in February (who would ever expect that to be an issue...) and he said no, that I had to wait around for two hours because it was still first come first serve. I was fully expecting to begin a relationship with this location after my friend's recommendation. but forget that. If this is how you communicate with and treat your customers, it truly is a wonder that you stay in business. read more

I don't trust automated car washes like this on my own vehicles, but I had a loaner Tesla Model X that was in desperate need of a bath, so I came through. I splurged and ordered their top tier wash, which to my surprise, did an *excellent* job. The attendants were very friendly and gave the front and back bumpers an extra blast with the pressure washer to get the bugs off. I still don't trust this type of automated wash long-term for paint longevity, as it has a tendency to cause paint swirls over time. The car wash options are reasonable with price, and I like that you can still self vacuum your car for $1 per 5-min ish. I can usually vacuum my SUV in 1-2 times. I came here to wash my car a couple times already. The first time I came here, I noticed there was a discount for Yelp for the carwash. I believe it is $2 off coupon. I picked the Elite wash since it was some time since I washed my car during the winter. The cashier gave me a free disposable dash wipe as well. You put your receipt on your dash and the workers there know what to pick based on what is written on the slip. Before I went in, they prepped my car with a special solution. The car wash itself takes less than 2 minutes. They use a neo-glide microfiber cloth in their wash machine rather than brushes to be less abrasive on your car's coat and paint. Once you are emerging from the wash, there are workers that hand dry your windows and any excess water from your car. I got out of my car to check the quality of the wash. I have to say it was pretty good and left my car looking pretty clean! I would carry around a towel and wipe off any excess water. They have a monthly subscription here as well. This option gives you the Super wash ($11 value) everyday for a month at $33/ month. read more

Recently I've gone 2-3 times and my car has been coming out somewhat dirty in spots. I finally found a fast and cheap car wash place!! Pull up, choose between a $8, $10, and $12 car wash, stay in the car and drive through the wash, they give you a nice cloth towel to who down the inside, then you can vacuum it on your own if you want. I personally like vacuuming it myself because when I go to a full service place I never feel like they get it all cleaned, or like I just wasted my money.
