This place is a mess they destroyed 4 of my Bugatchi men's shirts that cost around 125.00 a piece and try as I might the owner would never even reach out . I talked to all managers and yet nothing for months . This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have EVER had in my life. The middle aged gentleman working the desk was so rude and unapologetic when my jeans were not ready on the SAME day I dropped them off. Please note, the website says "In by 9am out by 6pm." After looking at my receipt I dropped off two shirts and a pair of jeans at 7:38am that day. Expecting my jeans to be ready by 6, I stopped by at about 5:15 on my way home from work. My shirts were ready but my jeans, not so much. The guy was rude. Rolled his eyes, extremely assertive with me and unnecessarily rude. He even said at one point after he could tell I was frustrated "Look, if you're wanting a refund I can't give you that" to which I replied "I'm not looking for a refund, I'm looking for my pair of jeans." He then told me I could drive all the way across town to the plant were they are actually cleaned at to pick them up. Expecting me to go out of my way for there mistake. He then proceeds to tell me that they aren't at the plant and that they are at "some store all the way across town." Which after calling the plant proved to be false. I am now waiting on a call from the plant to see if my jeans can even be located. That is an $80 pair of jeans and I expect them to be found. I don't know about the other locations but i do not recommend the 22050 Bulverde Rd location. First was with an afternoon employee that thank God she isn't there anymore but also with the morning employee "Rachel" must be a miserable person, she is not friendly, always on her cell, and she will absolutely not work with you, I've relocated from another state where dry cleaners always charged a reasonable rate without the coupon gimmick, here in TX apparently you won't get a good rate unless you bring a competitor or their own coupon which you can only get at a specific grocery store or you can print it on-line, I explained to Rachel that I was moving and my furniture had not arrived therefore I could not print their coupon, she would not work with me, and yet I kept bringing my laundry to them, all the sudden yesterday she said she was not going to accept the coupon I printed from their own website because that particular coupon was for household items; I didn't understand the knowledge behind that as they will take any competitor coupons, not to my surprise they were charging me the ridiculous full price when I went to pick up my clothes. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE, THEY ARE THE MOST EXPENSIVE IN TOWN UNLESS YOU BRING THE CORRECT COUPON. read more

Wow. I should have read the other reviews. I echo the comments from the other 2 reviewers. I have used the other five star cleaners in the past and generally, I have been pleased. I just moved to this area so this one was closet to me. I will never use them again. I'm not even sure they dry cleaned and pressed the clothing that I brought in. There was a spot that they completely overlooked and then charged me for it. It was easily visible but somehow they missed it (the next cleaners took care of it). The girl behind the counter was indifferent. She didn't care at all. I asked for a refund and she stated that she couldn't do that, but would offer a free service. I had to use my suit the next day so that wasn't going to work. I asked her why I would use her service again if they failed the first time. She shrugged and stated that is all she could do. Her boss had already left (probably because the amount of business they do is very little). I asked her to have her manager call me first thing the next day. THREE DAYS go bye and nothing. I finally call them and the manager's response is the same. They didn't even try to salvage this relationship. In a competitive market, it's the customer service that typically puts one over the top. I told them that. I said, 'I don't think you can afford to lose that many customers, but you are doing a good job in that realm'. I told them that Dutch Boy was a rock's throw away. They didn't care. Don't waste your money and time!!! There are too many other choices in this area!!! This was only my second time to this place. I was about to take a business trip so I knew if I needed my clothes by Tuesday mornings flight, I would have to drop them off on Friday. I did. I stopped in after work to pick up my clothes on Monday and the girl at the counter tells me that one of my suits is not available because I asked them to sew a button on and that would take longer!!! I had not discussed any button with anyone!!! The girl at the counter was indifferent and stated that it was Cynthia (the other girl) so she couldn't do anything about it. I told her that I hoped this was not being charged. The girl said, "oh no, we didn't charge you for it". I was so upset that I hurried to my car with the clothes. When I got in my car, I skimmed over my receipt and sure as heck, there was a charge for sewing my button (which I never asked for)! I walked back in and told the girl that there was a charge. She acted as though she had no idea. I asked her for her managers name. She said it was Melanie. She said Melanie would call me. I just returned from my business trip today (Saturday). I went to pick up my suit top and the same girl was at the counter. I told her that her manager never called me. I told her that that I had already tried calling her in the morning but that they told me she would be in at 1 pm. I told the girl that I still didn't know why I was paying for a button I never asked to be sewn. She decided to call Cynthia to ask her if I had indeed discussed having a button sewn on my suit. The girl is laughing during the conversation on the phone. When she got of the phone, she said. "Cynthia said it was a mistake" and handed me $1.00!!! I called the manager Melanie at 210 493-3685. The girl that answered the phone asked if I was the girl with the button. I said I was. She said okay, Melanie said she will call you back. I told her if I had to be inconvenienced to have to buy another outfit for my trip and to have to make another trip to pick up my suit top, then Melanie needed to get to the phone. When Melanie got the phone she acted as though she did not know about me. BUT REMEMBER, the girl that answered the phone asked if I was the girl with the button issue??? Melanie stated that sewing a button is common if it falls off during tagging the clothes!!!! Really!!! HOW ABOUT CALLING TO FIND OUT IF I AM ACCEPTING THE CHARGE FOR A SEWN ON BUTTON AND IF I AM OKAY WITH THE DELAY????!!! This place is so overpriced and so not worth it!!! Absolutely terrible service. I dropped of my bag to get laundered like i had done for the past 3 years except when i went to pick up my shirts, my total was 111 dollars for 26 shirts. I asked Fred, the same employee that took my bag 2 days before, if he applied the coupon that was left. He said he didn't have a coupon. i informed him that i did, which this went on back and forth for a good 2 minutes. I finally told him to call his manager. The coupon would have been 1.79 for each shirt so you can see how getting a bill for 111 dollars would be very surprising. He boss told him to give me some discount which brought it to 95 dollars, I told him i was still not happy. He called his boss back and said, "the customer is still not happy." They were able to apply some other discount which brought it to 86 dollars. At this point i had been standing for 15 minutes just watching him try and figure out the computer which Fred kept saying he was NEW and still learning the system. I asked him why he decided to DRY CLEAN the shirts instead of laundering them. He said because we made that decision based on the type of shirts. I said, so you can just decide you are going to do a different service than what i asked for and then still charge me more? He said, well we are looking out for you. I said well then why wouldn't you call and let me know first before making that decision and charging me more? Fred had no response.
