After planning for over a year, this was an incredibly stressful and heartbreaking way to start what should have been one of the happiest days of my life. The problems started long before the wedding. For six months leading up to the event, I repeatedly tried to contact Stephanie and never once received a phone call back. On two separate occasions, employees assured me she would follow up, but she never did. When I finally saw the bouquet, it looked nothing like what I had requested and discussed well in advance. The flowers were wilted, unbloomed, and lacked the style and colors I specifically ordered. Rather than taking responsibility, the solution offered was simply to use different flowers or different colors--even though my preferences had been communicated nearly a year beforehand. I rarely leave negative reviews, but brides deserve to know what they are risking. The lack of communication, attention to detail, and care was unacceptable. The flowers that were delivered were basically five white roses and a bunch of filler Flowers. I understand that some flowers are limited and similar flowers of similar value would have been just fine but not just more filler flowers. They were bereavement flowers for a family so after they were delivered, there was really nothing the shop could do to make this order right for me. I was very disappointed seeing I spent extra to get a bigger arrangement. This was the first time I had used this florist. I think I will probably look elsewhere next time.
