I had a lower bridge which kept falling out, and he cemented it back in which took Less than a minute (I tought he was just doing me a favor, as a new client). Doctor explained the lack of communication up front was there problem and would in the future they would be more upfront with cost of certain items. I was refunded $350 for cementing my loose bridge which I tought was a favor for a new client. The other items were explainable. Now I feel like I have not been taken for a ride.
