Compassionate Staff, and Peace of Mind…read more Moving a loved one into a nursing home is never an easy decision, but choosing Bay Path was absolutely the right one. From day one, the staff made our family feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. The nursing team is attentive, professional, and incredibly compassionate. They take the time to explain care plans, medications, and any changes in health clearly and patiently. It's obvious that resident safety, dignity, and comfort are their top priorities. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Common areas are bright and inviting, and the rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. There are daily activities that keep residents engaged -- from social events and games to therapy services and wellness programs. It truly feels like a community, not just a care center. Communication has been excellent. The administration is responsive, transparent, and proactive. Any questions we've had were answered quickly, and we always feel informed about our loved one's care. Most importantly, we've seen firsthand how respectfully and kindly the staff treats residents. They know them by name, understand their preferences, and treat them like family. If you're looking for a skilled nursing facility that prioritizes compassionate care, cleanliness, professionalism, and strong communication, I highly recommend Bay Path. Our family finally has peace of mind knowing our loved one is safe and well cared for.

I was told I could only crack a joke at the end of my patients lives. I refuse to not share the gospel of Jesus Christ with a dying patient. Beacon hospice should be ashamed of themselves! Especially the beacon hospice CEO who never responded to my email concerning removing Jesus from my visits!! A disgrace!

I spent 2.5 hours with their admissions nurse who had never done a nursing home admission and it was a waste of my time as ultimately their medical director ordered a blood test and based on those results denied her. Fortunately we knew enough to call Broadreach who saw our mom and admitted that same day. The same exact day Beacon said "no." And BR stated unequivocally our mom needed hospice. Our mom passed less than 6 weeks later. I called Beacon today and in polite and factual conversation in an effort to educate as to our experience and their failure, in the hopes another family would not go through this I was met with defensiveness and continual interruptions. Stating their medical director was just following MediCare guidelines. The same exact guidelines Broadreach must follow. Run don't walk to Broadreach. They were incredible. They were compassionate and they truly truly cared about our mom. And didn't ask much of anything from us in return .
