He replaced damaged boards on the overhang, replaced roof shingles on the entire roof, and even went out to Home Depot to buy some paint that I didn't have. Tom did a wonderful job on rebuilding our deck. It was a disaster when we called him. Piers were not supporting what they should, it sloped down 2", and was a wobbly mess. He came out when he said he was going to, gave us good advice, and tried to save us money when he could. It took slightly longer then expected because he couldn't get lumber with Covid-19. Poor guy was driving all over God's green earth trying to find good quality decking. Never complained. He never had anything delivered, he told us he wanted to pick out every piece of lumber himself.
