I'm reaching out to provide feedback regarding a recent experience at your Hialeah location. I visited the store to have the battery replaced on my watch. Unfortunately, I had to return later the same day because the watch had stopped working shortly after the service. Upon returning, I was informed that the store did not have the proper tool to tighten the back of the watch, and I was asked to leave it overnight. When I came back the following day, the watch still wasn't working. I was then told I would receive a refund for the battery replacement, which I appreciated--but the process of picking up my watch and getting the refund took almost an hour. During that time, multiple employees were trying to figure out how to check me out in the system. I had to ask several times to speak with the manager and to simply have my watch returned. The entire situation was incredibly frustrating, especially considering the watch is worth over $500 and the battery service was only $30. The lack of preparedness and urgency from the staff made the experience even more unacceptable. I have been going to the West Kendall store for sometime. Last Saturday I went to purchase a wedding ring , as I had to cut my other one. After 30plus years of marriage.. gained some weight... I purchased a ring and was told that if I needed it resizes that it would be done , since my finger was swollen a bit. I came back on Thursday and I was informed that , yes they can resize from 10 to 10.5, but would have to pay $50.. I was upset, why would I be charged if I purchased my ring there. I would understand if I do not , and it's charged. I could have done it somewhere else. You would figure that for a sale of that size, this would be covered . Next time I will probably do my shopping elsewhere. I did leave the ring as it's close to home and should be ready next week.. That cost should be absorbed by the store not passed on to the customer..Part of their overhead. GV read more

If I could give these guys 0 stars, I would. I went in to ask the price to shorten a necklace and the girl there didn't know if they could or not. She had to call the owner on FaceTime to ask (so unprofessional and uninformed on her part). He said yes and gave her a $35 price tag. How are these people still in business? I laughed in her face and said I could buy two necklaces for that amount and by that time, she totally ignored me and focused on the next sucker who walked through the door. Nice customer service but that's all. Very overpriced jewelry and they don't offer any guarantees. There is no warranty and after 7 days of buying you can't return the jewels and you are stuck with them. Better go to a more famous and recognized place where there are better deals, more discounts, and nicer offers. Servicio bueno al cliente, pero eso es todo. On March 8,2019 I purchased a necklace as a gift for my husband. It has broken 3x & 2x in same exact spot & In less than 6wks of having this necklace& fixed by their Business. My mom bought a bracelet for my 3 months old girl and a pair of airings almost $400. Because she is still too small the bracelet requires a special ring. They charged $25 for the ring instead of giving it as courtesy due to the order placed. Also, I have been there in the past. I will never do business with them again. The but of the services I bought a handle I left 15 days after buying it I paid for it 2500 dollars cash, by logic I had it fixed to this same store they delayed in soldering it more than 15 days and they also charged me the arrangement I paid 32 dollars by the arrangement. But no matter what I paid but did not have to, I let them know the bad service that tine five stars promise you a lot and they do little for you. read more
