Tried on rings here yesterday. They charge $10 just to get finger sizing - a practice that is complimentary and considered basic customer service at most jewelry shops. They did allow me to try on some different rings (again as you would expect before purchasing?) but the whole charge for finger sizing just rubbed me the wrong way. I left a necklace to fix and she ruined it by changing the color entirely and she had the audacity to tell me that I should not buy fake Jewerly from China At not time did she have the courtesy accepting her mistake and I had paid $22 for her job. However, I was in need of having a ring re-made and Ole assured me she could make an identical copy and upgrade the stones. I dropped off 1 necklace to get fixed and another to be cleaned, this took 1 month. I checked in at the 2 week mark and they told me they were having trouble cleaning the necklace and would call me when it was ready. I never received a call and called at the 1 month mark and they claimed it was ready and that they had left me a VM. While dropping off the 2 necklace I gave a deposit to order a set of baby bangles but I was suppose to get back to them with the size. My mom ended up buying a set else where and when I went back to let them know they told me it was ok that they would apply the credit to the 2 necklace I had dropped off and they would return the money. When my necklace were finally ready, they tell me they couldn't return my money because they had already placed the order for the bangles. I told her she was lying because she didn't even have the size and when I had gone back previously she had told me it was never ordered because they didn't have the size. Then, she changed her story and said it's that they don't return money. Also, make sure you keep your ticket number because they claim to only have record of ticket numbers and not names but magically ended up finding my order by my name. read more

I was just hung up on because I don't speak Spanish. I was kindly trying to speak to Carolina and she got frustrated because she couldn't understand my question (which was the status of my 14k gold repair). I try my best to speak Spanish but unfortunately I only speak French. Take your business elsewhere because while a language barrier is understandable do not hang up on a customer mid-sentence?? I am a business owner but even if I wasn't, why wouldnt she put someone who could understand what I'm saying on the line instead??? Shameful on a STORE that sells DIAMONDS AND GOLD, to hang up on a customer. not that it would make any difference if it was any other retail environment ....but this is embarrassing. read more

I have been going to Ole's for years, for quick gifts, jewelry cleaning, watch batteries, etc. Ole and her staff make you feel like family. From the minute you walk in they're attending to you. If she doesn't have what you have in mind she'll get it for you at no extra cost. Not to mention the cleanliness of the store and the fragrance. The selection of jewelry is overwhelming. It is such a pleasure to have her and the store in our residential area. I'm really surprised to hear that she would tell anyone about fake jewelry from China because she immediately puts on her jeweler's loupe before accepting any piece to be serviced. Very rude! Went in to check out some jewelry and the owner was very rude to my boyfriend. The owner kept snapping at him for every question he had. I was interested in some pieces as well and she nor her employee ask if I needed help. Just because we were in relaxed clothing and have tattoos doesn't mean we don't have money to spend! I came here to remove some metal bands on the watch I just bought online. I read that it should cost just $5. They charged me $10 for it. It wasn't worth it to find another jeweler, but really? It takes them 2minutes to remove the bands. I also had some rust? on my other watch head that they polished off, they also charged $10 for that. They did a good job, looks brand new, but the price is somewhat steep for the little work that they're doing. read more

I've been here more than once so I guess it's my own fault. I took my smart watch in to resize the strap and she said try this, it was still too big so she took 2more links out but I here her say in spanish"it broke" then the other lady says" oh, it broke?! I'll tell her" to which I responded "it broke? Il change the strap then ...." But hurriedly she ran up and said " no,no it was something else' but there wasn't anything else in front and the only thing she was hammering was my watch... One week later, my watch simply falls of as I am walking and so I take it to a jewelry shop closer to home and the guy says , it's broken that's why it fell of BUT it looks like someone put some type of adhesive on it and so it fell, it was broken before. So, NO, i do not recommend this place. I was fine with it breaking, I mean , she took a hammer to it, I would have been happy to get another strap BUT , the LIE . So now my watch face is cracked and I just have a very expensive paper weight. read more
