I was suspicious at first due to the amount of information Five Star Mortgage gave me, even info and facts from other sources that had me really looking hard at the reverse mortgage I was trying to acquire. I was turned down by a couple lenders when my broker told me to try Roseann at 5 star. It took over 6 months to get my ducks lined up. Roseann stayed with me and closed 5 loans since the middle of 2012. She is very understanding about the cost/bottom line and never sniveled about me comparing internet companies with better rates. She usually came very close, but the one on one COMMUNICATION was worth the little bit more. I don't recommend very many people, but I will recommend Roseann Shannon.
