We called around and our nearby marinas were closed, but Grand Harbor Marina's website said they were open until 5 PM. I called and talked to a real person who confirmed that they were open and selling gas until 5. We got here very close to empty at 4:05 PM. They were closed and the self serve pumps were turned off. It's bad enough that the website hours were wrong but even worse, I was lied to by the woman who answered the phone at the marina. We never would have left the house if she said they were closing at four.

Almost every interaction we had it's like they wanted to argue or would become angry for no reason. We were good customers. One night I went to stay in the RV park in our RV and a worker knocked on our door and told me sleeping in bed to get up by myself and said she would call the police and I would go to jail if I didn't leave I was not causing any issues or problems they just kicked us out for no reason literally went to the camper to sleep causing no issues I talked to the police explaining the situation of course I didn't get arrested but Duncan bridge as a company decided to trespass me and my family i couldn't give 0 stars or I would have anyone there will notice how rude they have become and Goodluck to the customers continuing to pay they are running a dictatorship and when they don't like you anymore they trespass you from the property for no reason just beware. Also notice they do not have a profile with the better business burough and I think I see why they would get hammered about complaints with rude employees.

They only would agree to give us $100 off but we still had to fill the gas tank which was $30. They had a chance to make it right and they didn't. Really, really bad service. They don't even deserve one star. Go somewhere else and rent your boats for Smith lake.

When we need gas, we pop over and the friendly staff fill 'er up quickly and usually remember our names so we don't have to do a thing- a bill just comes in the mail. When we used dry storage, they were the place to go, and they always did an excellent job winterizing and de-winterizing the boat. If we need a repair, they handle it- they will actually drive to your dock (or stranded location if you get cell signal and can call them) and check it out for you. They even install boat lifts for your dock. There isn't too much to say about Duskin Point- because they keep it simple. Boats, jet-skis, fishing boats, related repairs/equipment... they'll handle it. And all with some lovely southern charm!
