NOT WORTH FOR A RIDE!…read more We are family of 3 joined the Private Winter Rides in Feb 2024 while travelling to New York. Prior to our arrival, we were requested by the Farm to sign a waiver "PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT, RELEASE, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK" - means you bear all the possible risk from the ride, and the farm not provide any refund in any circumstance. Unfortunate thing happened on us, we were asked to jump out from the carriage immediate by the groom due to the horses were sudden uncontrolled. We got sprained legs and broken canon camera lens. The staff pretend to be nice to provide us their insurance company contact for the claim, but finally their insurance company denied the claims as we signed the 'waiver' requested by the farm. We would agree to sign and acknowledge the certain risk might be occurred during this carriage, when we expected to have the necessary information be provided the provider/ company before we getting on the carriage ride, including: - The most possible situations be happened in the carriage ride; - The safety protection be provided during the carriage ride; - The actions be taken by us if the given situations happened in carriage, e.g. In the hotel, we would provide the sign for EXIT and the instructions to follow in case of fire. However, we were just instructed to get on the carriage WITHOUT any safety instructions be briefed by the FARM staffs before starting the ride. When the horses were suddenly uncontrolled at the front managed by the groom, we just heard someone shouted "Hey guys, get out of the cart now!" The moment we were lost and felt frighten and tried our own best effort to jump out from the carriage, this is also causing my husband fell on the ground with carmen lens damage from this accident as we did not what to do at that moment. We paid for the trip for enjoyment in US and honest to report this unforeseeable accident. Don't trust the US insurance companies and be precaution to sign the waiver as that's the evidence to deny their liability. And the ride is trash to bring walk around the forest in 15 mins. Don't worth for a ride with pay off the risk at your own.

He worked his ass off, communicated well, and did everything he possibly could to help us. I honestly have nothing bad to say about him. Unfortunately, Liberty completely set him up to fail. We paid around $13,500 for a full-service move from New York to Nashville that included packing and unpacking. On delivery day, Liberty in Nashville was sent Carlos a day early without even telling us, and they sent him by himself. The only person there helping him was his wife, who wasn't even an employee of the company. What should have been a relatively easy unload into our new house with a full crew and a complete unpack turned into a 13 1/2-hour day. My wife and I had to drop everything and spend the entire day carrying boxes, moving furniture, and helping unload just to keep things moving. By the time Carlos and his wife finally left late that night, the house still wasn't completely unpacked. That's not on them--they worked incredibly hard. They were just never given the manpower to do the job we paid for. They had a 13.5+ hour day at our house and had to drive 4 hours to load a move 2x our size in KY the next mornign early. I can only hope they gave him help there. After the move, I spent weeks trying to work things out directly with Liberty. Amy, our move coordinator, was always nice, but almost every conversation ended with, "I need supervisor approval," and nothing ever really moved forward. Andrew, who booked our move, was fantastic during the sales process, but once the problems started, he became completely unresponsive. I gave Liberty every opportunity to make this right before taking the next step. Unfortunately, we couldn't reach a fair resolution, and I ended up having to file a charge dispute with American Express. I was simply asking for a small refund back to compensate and make it right and they couldnt even do that. This review isn't about Carlos. If anything, I feel bad for him because he was put in an impossible position and did the best he could. My issue is with Liberty's management, their planning, and the way they handled everything after the move. When you pay over $13,000 for a full-service move, you shouldn't be spending 13 1/2 hours unloading your own truck and then fighting for weeks afterward just to get the company to take responsibility on a small scale. I realistically should have demanded more than the measly 15% i asked for. I hope they figure it out because they have good people working there. They just need to do a much better job supporting them and standing behind the service they're selling.

I very strongly recommend Liberty Moving and Storage for all your moving and storage needs…read more I used them for two different moves - one move into storage for 14 months and a second move to our new home.  They handled everything meticulously and with great care.  They also moved our baby grand piano into and out storage perfectly. Mike Federico, whose family owns the company, personally oversaw the move including coming to our home to make sure everything was going well during the day of the move. I would like to reiterate my strong recommendation for Liberty Moving and Storage.

I couldn't be happier with the experience I had moving with the help of Liberty Moving and Storage…read more Matt Sussman provided me with a thorough estimate when he visited my apartment and was very responsive to any questions I emailed him. Shannon Powers, my moving coordinator, was knowledgeable and also reassuring that all would go well and it did! I was moving from a third floor walkup apartment and the moving crew who showed up nice and early, Lester, Orlando and Stephen didn't seem to mind at all. They were unbelievably strong and extremely thorough in protecting my furniture especially my very heavy all mirrored triple dresser. Lester was even so kind as to fix a broken door closure on my TV console. That door had never closed right since I bought that console 5 years ago and he noticed it and fixed it for me! I can't express my gratitude and appreciation enough for the amazing competence shown by this crew. Thank you Matt, Shannon, Lester, Orlando and Stephen for giving me a great start in my new home.

This was a 22 years quest to revisit my former life in New Jersey. It's a long story but I'll make…read moreit brief as a background to this review. In 2001 my nephew had just graduated from Stevens institute of technology as a computer engineer since I was the one getting him the $100,000 scholarship he agreed to drive us there to visit his alma mater n see the apt n houses I used to own. It was a really nasty rainy day what else was new, it was always nasty 9 months a year, traffic was bad all he allowed us to see was driving outside the school n outside the 2 houses we lived in wo stopping for a picture. We were 1 hour in traffic to the tunnel, I was so disappointed but hey we were not killed by the 911 terrorists we stayed at the Hilton right in front of the bombing. This time we had rented a car but my daughter talked me out if it w nightmarish scenario of rain n parking, she checked Yelp n found this Bright Empire limo co, Alex was so nice on the phone n quoted $310 for a4 hrs drive all inclusive tolls, tax n tips, it was not cheap as the car was only $131 all day but I was so happy we hired Alex. Alex upgraded us to a large SUV W Jean the driver, he picked us up at the Marriott Marquis, it was freezing cold n torrential rain off n on. We would have to walk several blocks to pu the car. Jean was courteous n friendly he drove us 1st to overlook terrace the high riser we used to live before buying a house. He waited in the car while we ran up n down the memorial park n inside the apt building, I couldn't believe I paid $280 n now it was $2,700 a month to rent a 2br, I had 3br n a balcony. Next to Palisades Park, omg the blue states bullying they demolished the entire street of nice single family houses to build duplexes, not good . Next to riverfront my bro house in North Bergen, the owner saw me looking at the house, he went in the rain to me n invite me in to see my parents bedroom. He had a beautiful manicured garden in front n side of the house. It was amazing he never knew me n trusted me, it was worth it to dress up to inspire confidence I was a good person. The 2 men were doctors as was my brother. The last house was in Leonia, Alan Alda lived there. Again the owner saw me standing in the rain in his driveway, he invited me in omg he was so kind I was allowed to look at every nook n cranny, we had a great conversation, all the owners were fr So America n I have been in their countries. He was shocked I sold it for $120k n lost $100k he bought it 4 $390k n his prop tax is$13,000 I did the right thing gtho of NJ. I'll post pictures later. It's easily $850,000 now n tax would have been insane. Coming back we passed by w30th where I met my husband, finally came back to hotel exactly 4,hrs! It was a dream came true, mission accomplished , tyvm Alex will use you again in the future. A solid 5 stars n I'll post review in Google too.
