I searched through many Yelp pages in the 626 and fortunately stumbled upon Tania's Party Rentals. All their rave reviews are much deserved. I cannot thank them enough for helping me make the planning process of my wedding go smoothly. Overall they were communicative, affordable, and accommodating. Despite the event being on a busy Super Bowl Sunday, Tania was able to help me secure enough tables, chairs, a huge canopy, and a bar station to accommodate my 180 guests. Most importantly, they were able to help me set up the Saturday prior to the event (a task other vendors have been unable to do due to lack of resources). In addition, they had a wonderful assortment of table linens to choose from so I was able to pick red tablecloths and gold accent runners to fit my Chinese tea ceremony color palette. Planning a wedding on your own is stressful enough so I am so grateful to Tania and her team for going above and beyond from start to finish to help lessen the stress. I look forward to working with them for all my future events and highly recommend their services to those looking for some quality party rentals from a quality team.

When they were all put together, it looked BEAUTIFUL. There's no doubt they use good quality items. BUT here is what to beware of - Hidden Fees & Last Minute Fees with no explanation. When asked for a price breakdown for added fees, they cannot provide that. Additionally, they need to improve at making sure everyone on the team is well versed on the prices and accurately charges for items to ensure that you get what you think you're paying for. Also, beware of the possible inconvenience of being asked to drive a floral vase to their base location in Duarte 2 days before your wedding, despite having been asked a month prior if they needed anything extra from you. Also, beware of late delivery, as we had florals delivered after the start of our event. I will say that Luz did issue us a refund for missing items, which is appreciated, but just be aware of these things. The production is good, but the customer service needs work.

The money n deposit is not a big deal to me but refusing to give a deposit back for an event that absolutely can't take place due to no ones fault is saddening. This was the most unprofessional service I have ever used in my lifetime…read more I called this place two days in advance to reserve a town car for a pick-up to LAX. Gave them the address, told them 10:00am. The next day, I called to pay for the car over the phone in advance, and reaffirmed my 10:00am pick-up time. I called later in the day just to confirm for the third time as this was very important. So tell me WHY had they still not arrived at 10:30 the day of pick-up?! "Uhh, the time was for 10:30am". No, it wasn't, you assmonkey. I called again to unload a hurricane of profanity, and the guy tried hard to brush me off "uhh it was for 10:30, I have no explanation." And you have no brains! Are these people on drugs?! If you are going to use this service, I highly suggest you don't pay in advance, and then when they deliver you to your destination--thirty minutes late--you can take a shit in their car. Worst part: I booked this car to pick up my boss' wife to comfortably get her to her flight--instead I had her running for her life through the airport to make it to the gate on time. Hmmm, and I was just about to ask for a raise...!
