I had a 60 minute facial with Renee and it was amazing. First of all, the COVID precautions that all the staff are taking made me feel extremely safe. The facial itself was very customized to my skin and I learned so much about my own skin from Renee! My skin looked incredible when I left and still does now two weeks later. I have changed a lot of my daily skin routine based on her advice and I am totally sold on her suggestions. She didn't push a ton of products on me and a lot of her suggestions were changes I could make with products I already have. I was led here during a day of healing for myself. What a wonderful place to end up! The 5 star service starts before you even walk in the door. The porch outside is such a welcoming area designed specifically for "hanging out". The owner,Betsy, encourages people to stop and sit and relax. Once you step inside you are greeted by a fantastic staff dedicated to making your time there as enjoyable as possible. On this visit I came for Sound resonance therapy. The treatment consists of 25 minutes in a zero gravity chair that vibrates along with the music playing through the headphones. The treatment is divine! The space offers fantastic treatments and I plan to be back to experience their yoga classes on a special floor that vibrates with the music! I've taken two yoga classes here so far (and can't wait to do more)! Their studio is intimate and modern; the music/sounds play through the floor so you can feel the music vibrations as you practice! Oh, my goodness!! I don't even know where to start, but here we go...The moment I walked in I was greeted in a warm manner, like I was a friend visiting this place. Staff was so genuinely friendly. My services for the day included a half hour in the sound resonance room, designed to relax you and get you ready for the rest of your stay. It was wonderful! I then had an hour massage with CBD oil, which was nothing short of perfect. The tightness I'd felt for months all but disappeared and I felt amazing. Next up was my hour facial on the floating table. Whatever you do, whatever service you choose, be sure it's on this little slice of heaven That table is awesome and the facial I received was perfect. My skin looked brighter, felt smoother...Sometimes a facial can make you look like you've been through the wringer. Not so with this one! In fact I went without makeup today and felt like I didn't miss it a bit. Lastly, I ended with 30 minutes in the "INHALE" Salt Therapy room. To get the whole experience I requested the lights off, leaving the room pitch dark. I donned my earphones and readied myself to listen to the meditation exercises. I had a CBD Massage (post hike necessity), salt inhale therapy and a half hour in the Exhale' Sound Resonance Lounge. Self-care felt so good and the staff was welcoming and supportive. Stephani was amazing on my many calls to get info and schedule. Bryan has magic hands. He listened to my needs and worked with me to get the best possible outcome with my many sore spots. I have especially enjoyed the Gentle Flow with Wendy and the Restorative class with Venus. I have also taken advantage of the special Friday night events ( my favorite is Vino and Vinyassa ). I can't recommend this oasis enough. It's a true retreat and everyone was wonderful. The professionalism and quality is top notch. The house is peaceful, calm and decorated impeccably. I was given a gift certificate for my birthday and used it for a Head to Toe facial and an All About You massage. Both Elizabeth and Candace took their time to explain the service and choose an Elemental scent to work with. The dry float bed used for the Head to toe facial is a unique experience. Such a wonderful experience at Five Wellbeing! This place is amazing - I'm so glad they opened in Downtown Littleton and revived a historic house back to its former glory. I am 4 days out from my due date with my first baby and feeling a lot of pain, pressure, anxiety, discomfort and stress so I decided now was a good time for a prenatal massage. I'm so glad I came here! I started with 30 minutes in the inhale salt room and it was so relaxing. It's been so hard to breathe deeply with a baby in my rib cage and I feel like I was really able to relax and breathe. They give you blankets, eye masks and guided meditations are pre-loaded on ipods with headphones. I was lucky enough to come when no one else was using the room so I had it all to myself! After the salt room, I had a 60 minute maternity massage. I've had a few prenatal massages and this was the best one ever- probably the best massage I've ever had, period. Erica was amazing and really listened to me tell her where I was sore and what I needed. She was also able to do something to my legs and feet to help distribute the excess fluid and reduce swelling. I wish I'd taken a before and after picture of my shrek feet! She even had a stretch mark serum she rubbed on my ginormous belly. I was able to relax completely and let my body take a break from the strain of pregnancy. If baby doesn't come soon, I'll go get another one! I can't wait to go back post-partum for another treatment. I am so glad this place has opened in my community and I will definitely be back.
