Came from Wisconsin to celebrate my buddies birthday. After a long night of being out and about, woke up and decided a massage will help rejuvenate us for the best. Made a call to Ati Thai Wellness and they were able to fit us in the schedule in a hour for a 50 min massage, which was super! We get here and were politely greeted by our masseuses then continued to fill out our paperwork. Fast forward 50 mins later, we are both relieved of any muscle aches and are rejuvenated. I came here today unplanned with no notice or appointment. I walked in and they had their manager come in for me 20 minutes later. Thad customer service was incredible I couldn't believe this woman came just for me last minute. One thing I will note, you cannot just go inside; you have to have the key code (which you can only get if you book online). I came impromptu so I knocked on the door hoping someone would hear me and luckily someone did. This is not your traditional massage salon, this is small and private with no receptionist. I never leave one-star reviews, but what happened here was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. DO NOT COME HERE! First part: I walked in hoping for relief, but I walked out in worse pain than I've ever experienced in my life. I'm visiting from San Diego and booked this appointment after a rough night of sleep left me with a pinched nerve in my lower right trapezius. I explained everything to the therapist: my pain was radiating up into my neck and I needed muscle relaxation and tension release. At first, the massage seemed fine until she turned me over. She overextended my neck so aggressively that I am literally in tears writing this. I am 28 years old, healthy, active, and I have never had neck pain before this. Now, I cannot turn my neck at all. I can't lay my head down without crying. It is 4 AM as I'm typing this because I can't even sleep from the severity of the pain she caused. I came in with manageable discomfort, and I left feeling fragile and broken. This is not just "a bad massage", this is reckless and harmful. Second part: I booked a 10 AM appointment and arrived at 9:45, but couldn't find the building. I called twice, no answer. I texted for help and eventually found the location, but there was no parking for guests, only reserved spots for other businesses. By the time I got inside and ready for my massage it was 10:15. I asked if my appointment was still okay, and was reassured it was fine. At no point was I told that my service time would be cut short. Yet, my 50 minute appointment was reduced by 10 minutes, and I was still charged the full $100. If I had known that being a few minutes late, after calling and texting, meant I would lose service time, I would have simply rescheduled. Instead, I was misled, rushed, and then overcharged. To be clear: I did not "arrive late" by choice. I had already communicated multiple times that I was struggling to find the location. To then be reassured it was "no problem," only to lose part of my session, is unfair and unprofessional. That is stealing both time and money. I normally always tip generously, but I could not justify it here. The bottom line: I paid $100 for a shortened service that left me in the worst physical pain I have ever experienced. I cannot believe this place has so many 5-star reviews, because my experience was the exact opposite. I don't write this lightly, but this is not just disappointing, it's dangerous. read more

Review for Ati Thai I visited Denver Colorado for a show at the red rocks amphitheater and wanted a massage after those steep steps. I looked through Yell and found Ati Thai Wellness and I'm very glad I chose this place. I called to make an appointment and was helped by a dedicated manager that handles scheduling. He asked if I wanted to book for Denver or Boulder location and took my credit card info as a confirmation for the reservation, there was no charge. Upon booking, I was texted the door code for the establishment and It was pretty easy to navigate. At first it may seem sketchy that it's in a building with multiple office businesses, but at the end of that long hallway you enter a place of serenity and tranquility with aromatic scents of lemongrass I believe. I was greeted by Koi, asked to fill out a questionnaire, and she was always my masseuse. The thai massage provided by Koi was beyond exceptional. I've visited a lot of thai massage places in Las Vegas and I think here tops that. Koi had excellent technique, applying just the right amount of pressure as I requested. I left feeling refreshed and satisfied, eager to return for another visit soon maybe even tomorrow after another concert at red rocks. Koi, the owner, is so amazing. I went in feeling like my legs were two stone stumps and could feel them literally coming back to life during my "A Unique Thai Therapy" massage! I love Thai stretchy stretch! It is EXACTLY what my body needed. I had even been getting Charlie horses in my lower calves. My legs were just a mess and they literally were getting revitalized and rejuvenated while on the massage table. I feel very limber now and can even touch my toes! I could barely even bend down slightly before the massage. I had been running around working 10.5 -11.15 hour shifts on a concrete floor for days in a row and my legs were just DONE. I thought maybe my feet might even be broken. It was just awful. Hot tub life stopped being effective and I thought my legs had just turned to stone. Had such a relaxing and revitalizing Thai stretch massage with Koi and now I feel so normal and vibrant that I obviously felt compelled to share this news! I have experienced many types of massage over the years but Thai massage remains high on my list of must-haves when it comes to selecting a massage type/place/person. I went with Ati Thai because I wanted to relax but I like the stretching that Thai massage offers. I went big and jumped for a 95 minute session. The pricing seems fair and mid tier compared to the other options. I ended up picking Ati based on the sponsor ads. I usually don't click on ads but I took a chance. It was spurge but I was trying to either be so relaxed that I fell asleep or in so much pain that I'm Jello afterwards. Bring on the strong pressure. The experience exceeded my expectations. The outside building is not much to look at and the guy staring at me from the apartment across the street was odd too. The location is not far from higher end apartments just a few blocks down. I was in need of a massage and found this spot near my home. I walked in, filled out a form, and she went right to work! Pre-cursor warning, if you're looking for a gentle massage, this spot might be intense for you. She stretched my muscles out, cracked my back and neck then proceeded to an oil massage. After she's done massaging the area with hot oil, she wiped it off with a hot towel. After the massage, she asked if I was interested in water or hot tea. I opted for the hot tea and to my surprise, it was a delicious spicy ginger tea. Definitely worth checking out this spot if you're needing a good, reasonably priced massage! read more

I had a couples massage on Monday at 2:00 PM. We paid $250 for 65 minutes. We arrived at 2:00 PM and they made us fill out some forms with a lot of questions, including which muscles we wanted the massage therapists to focus on and which parts of our bodies we didn't want touched. That took a few minutes, plus the time it took us to get changed. The massage started at 2:20 PM. The woman who gave me the massage was very unprofessional because she was using her cell phone while massaging me and she was also wearing headphones, which meant that when she used her phone she would stop massaging me. I told her not to touch my feet, but she kept touching them. I also told her I wanted her to focus on my back because it hurt a lot, but she didn't. She was distracted by her phone. In the end, the massage finished at 3:05 PM, which means they deducted the time we spent filling out those forms, which didn't do anything because... They did what I asked, but they should let us know we need to arrive a few minutes early to fill out those forms (even if they don't use them) and not waste the customer's time on that. What terrible service! I'll never go back. Besides, I left them each a $25 tip, for a total of $300, money wasted because I still have back pain. read more

This was my first Thai massage ever so I wasn't sure what to expect. While the location itself is non-descript a block up from Evo, when you walk inside you are transported to a little relaxing oasis. The massage room was large, with dimmed and relaxing lighting, candles, and wonderful music. Some massage parlors can have rooms that are less private, but this room is spacious and closed off making you feel safe and ready to relax. In under 50 minutes I was stretched, kneaded, and reduced to a puddle of relaxation with all 10 (I was ambitious) locations I marked being covered. I walked in with a headache and extremely sore calves. I walked out with a free warm tea, relaxed calves, and no headache falling asleep by 8pm. My only regret was not booking more time. The place is not worth your time. At the end of the massage the girl started some kind of ritual to which I told her to stop. Then I didn't get my change and later I received the text message from Sergi, saying that I was abusive to the girl and didn't pay my full amount. On the phone when I was booking appointment, I was told $120. I payed $130 and asked for change. The girl asked for a tip, but I wasn't happy with the service and said I want my change back. Still didn't receive my change, but the same person, name Sergi that quoted me $120, said I didn't pay the whole amount.
