I have used Fivelands Moseley a couple of times recently and been happy with them. My dog Sabrina had a very traumatic event after going missing for a week and being hit by a train & having her leg severed. Five lands carried out the op on her leg and I decided to continue going to them even though I live some distance away. Sabrina suffers from extreme separation anxiety, probably exacerbated by her traumatic experience when she went missing. I have tried everything, and after her breaking out of the cage I had finally given in to, I decided a visit to the vets was necessary. My appointment was at 4.30 and due to carols road works on the way I was 5 minutes late, and had called the vets to say I would be a bit late (I had waited 20 minutes for my last appointment by the way). When I arrived the receptionist told me I would have to re-book as I was late. I asked politely if I could just see the vet for the 5 remaining minutes of the appointment, but she refused point blank. She told me that the vet hadn't even had lunch that day!! She said that they were extremely busy, even though there was not one person in the waiting room, and in fact as I sat in their car park making a couple of calls I noticed that it took another 30 minutes for any further customers to arrive. I feel very upset at their lack of responsiveness and care, and will now transfer to a more local vet. Don't use Fivelands if you are looking for flexible and personal care for your pet!! read more
