The nail salon is usually clean and organized. It was recently renovated, the ambiance is pleasant, and the workers are overall attentive. It's a good, reasonably priced nail salon. I'm giving 4 stars because after my last, and 4th visit, I'm not impressed. My prior visits were simple SNS removal with a basic manicure or SNS on tips, with a pedicure and have always been fine. Not exceptional, but fine. Yesterday I got an SNS mani + pedi. It wasn't a bad visit, but my nails did not turn out as expected, and the tech worked on my nails for about 2.5 hours. My visits aren't usually this long for SNS on natural nails, even if I already had SNS on my natural nails that needed to be removed before the new color was placed. The top coat to seal the SNS on some of my finger nails is lumpy and you can see the brush strokes. More fingers had these defects but I noticed while she was working and was able to get them fixed. My pedicure felt and looked great, but then when I looked closely at my toe nails when I got home it looks like the clear top coat had been used on red nail polish before mine and there were subtle, but noticeably there, reddish tints on both my pale blue big toe nails. Like I said, the visit was by no means terrible and I do like my nails overall, but I'm not satisfied with the quality. :/ The ladies who worked with me were very nice, I just wish I could rate their work as highly as their hospitality. read more

I've attempted to come to this salon a total of 3 times. Each time I left beyond disappointed. This final encounter takes the cake. I came in to get a hot stone pedicure and a nail repair. The nail tech on my nails acted like it was an unheard of request to get a nail repair. She proceeded to give a negative effort at best. The design was incorrect, inaccurate color (mind you the colors were pink, yellow and green) she did not even attempt to keep the nail shape. The original set was coffin shaped and this one finger was not even close. Then my hot stones were cold, and to add injury to insult the entire nail plus gel polish came off my toes. I have had my nails done a total of two days. $75 dollars down the drain!!! NEVER AGAIN! I'd rather mop the ocean floor than spend my money here. Save yourself and go somewhere else. read more

There was about a thirty minute wait to my nails done. I came in on a walk-in on a Sunday so I wasn't expecting to be serviced super fast anyway. However once you are sat, the nail techs are pretty fast and their prices are also good. My only complaints would be that the lady doing my nails left in the middle to check in more people because there was no one else at the front desk and also I started bleeding a couple times because she cut it too close on two nails. Overall I'm happy with the nails, I would just recommend coming with an appointment or just when it's not very busy. read more

I stayed away so long because how rushed their services are. Lyn did my toes soon as my feet hit the water she was working on them, barely allowed them time to soak and Kim did my nails. I asked for a simple $30 pedicure and seen like she gratuity to the prices and for my nails ombrè full set also seem like gratuity was added. I was the last customers and Kim offer to do my brows and massage I declined because it was late and didn't want to spend anymore money in that place. WARNING - RECENT COVID-19 OUTBREAK! This establishment had a recent COVID-19 outbreak around last week that started with the owner and has affected multiple employees who have also tested positive and are symptomatic. The owner, however, refused to close the store or wait for employees to have negative COVID test results back. I worry that if they are so willing to put their customers and community at risk, what else they are willing to compromise in order to make a quick buck. My nails look horrible. I've tried to give this place 4-5 chances and each time I kick myself! I went tonight and was greeted as always. I got SNS on my nails and regular polish on my toes. The young man who did my pedicure did a great job. The lady who did my nails is the problem. The SNS is thick and uneven. I came in for a pedicure and I wasn't impress. Thank God I decided to hold off on a fill in. I would have been pissed. For one they clearly water down their polish even the gel. I will never come here again. I haven't left the shop in 5 mins and I put on my shoes in the parking lot and polish comes off on my big toe. I had been sitting for 30 mins for them to dry. I am new to this area and thought I would try this salon as it looked very nice. I get SNS nails and the technician made two of my fingers bleed when she filed. She put some kind of ointment on it and said sorry. Within 24 hours one of my nails chipped which doesn't happen with sns. I went back for a repair and they were not as "happy" as they were on my initial visit. They seemed annoyed and bothered. Quality of services and staff is very poor. I was a little skeptical going in based on two of the previous reviews but the first two nail shops I went to were closed on Sunday. Not only were they open but they were still taking customers at 639 when the sign says they close at 6. I went in for a pedicure and a fill. After I picked out my color I was instructed to go to chair 5 where I said for a good 30 minutes waiting for someone to start my pedicure. I was in no rush so I turned the massage chair on and started watching a movie on my phone. Once she got started she did a great job. When my pedicure was done I was instructed to go sit at a table in the front where I had to wait another 20 minutes to be tended to. While I waited I observed the lady next to me with her white tips so I decided to soak my nails off so I could get white tips with gel. Went in today for a pedicure and was very impressed. They were very busy but seated me right away. I did have to wait for quite a few minutes before a technician became available but the chairs are super comfy and they had the Falcons/Giants game on so I didn't mind. My technician (I didn't get her name) was very apologetic about my wait even though I told her I wasn't in a hurry and didn't mind. It was nice that they noticed they had kept me waiting though, and I appreciated her apology. I got the deluxe pedicure for $28 (which is an awesome price) and it was amazing. This place honestly doesn't even deserve any stars. Don't bother going horrible they'll talk about you in your face. My mom & I came to get pedicures & it was horrible!!! We were greeted as soon as we walked in & seated. Cool. The First Lady who was going to do my moms pedi turned the water on was okay at first & then she gave us the menu, we looked, & we told her we wanted the #2 Pedi Plus $18(regular pedicure w/callus removal). So typical Vietnamese nail tech she was like "oh #3 is better longer massage only $22" I told her "it's okay my mom & I just want to do #2" so they First Lady starts working on my mom & second lady arrives & already First Lady started talking shit about my mom & I. . .But little did the First Lady know my mom is Vietnamese, so moms understood everything lady was saying. The second lady who came to do my pedi ask the First Lady what kinda of pedi are we doing, 1st lady said "their doing number #2 $18 I tried to convince them to do #3 $22 but they too cheap" horrible service. And then when the lady started to scrub my moms callus she literally scrubbed it 3 times each foot and started the next step, & the nail tech was rushing through the pedi to go eat like wtf we're paying to get a pedi with callus removal and none of my moms callus was removed. My mother literally took her finger nails scratched the bottom of her foot in front of the second lady the nail tech doing my pedi and showed her there was alooooot of skin still on the bottom of her foot. I went in earlier today with my daughter and it was a little crowded. That was expected due to it being a Saturday. It took a couple of minutes for someone to greet us. We were asked to sit in the front two seats. I wanted to get my daughter a nice manicure while I got a full set. The woman rushed through my daughters nails and didn't bother to clean the excess nail polish on her fingers. Then while doing my full set she kept nipping my cuticles with the drill. I hadn't noticed this until I got up to wash my hands and five of my nails were bleeding. I had to ask her if they had some sort of antiseptic to prevent infection. Also , while we were there one of the ladies was arguing with a customer because a lady misquoted her for a manicure and refused to honor the price. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone.
