When I tell you I have very neglected feet, please believe me. I just do not carve out time to pamper myself. I must do better. My feet are constantly swollen and I've had major surgery on both feet. So, a pedicure is a difficult chore with my feet due to soreness and swelling which are always present. It was my first time visiting Professional Nail Spa and they lived up to their name. Upon entering, I was greeted warmly. I love the attention to tech where they're utilizing the iPads to collect your information and queue you up quickly for your services. Very forward thinking. My wait time was less than 5 minutes from walking in off the streets. The service I received was very caring and considerate of my painful feet. The lady was gentle and smiled throughout ~ even though I forgot to get her name. I will return soon and do my best to start regularly pampering my feet. I'm worth it and I enjoyed the wonderful massage chair during the service on my feet. I'm so glad I wandered in off the street!!!

I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who checked me in electronicly, called me by name & I waited maybe 8 mins before going to my tech's station. This place is huge! Clean, yet dusty- if that makes sense?? So many techs, patrons & the buzz was a little too much! Picture the door bell as the door opens everytime, music, nail files, talking, pedi spas filling up, friends walking around, tech carts rolling, lamps clicking on/off, receptionist running around in heals & so much on the walls/& in every nook to look at- so much activity & clutter. If you are hyper sensitive to noise, evaluate before you go. For me, not at all relaxing. My tech took great care of my new set, but when I got in the car I realized they are not very even & I paid $50 + a nice tip... yikes!!! She was super nice too, so I don't mind paying that, just have to live with these for 2 weeks. My normal place is $42 & I get a glass of wine & and I really do rest my soal for a moment there. I think you need to experience this for yourselves. This was my experience, and I give them 4 stars because never have I ever felt so welcomed & appreciated at a nail salon... epic customer service!!

They always do a great job and very tentative. They have a tub full of colors for gel or dip powder to choose from. Very nice salon and the atmosphere is so inviting. You are always greeted when you walk through the door my the nice woman at the front. Once you check in on the IPad, she always call you by name. I love that about them. Any time I make an appointment, I am usually seen right away. If I have to wait it's not more than 10 mins. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is because their prices keep going up but that's with everything due to inflation.

I'm very happy with the service and quality provided by nail Tech named Kimchi. Even I didn't have an appointment because my hectic schedule, I still received great service. Thank you !

I went to see Tina just by accident. They were in the same shopping plaza as the froyo place I go to regularly with a friend. She was amazing fixed the mess of nails that I had from the previous salon. I have been to see Tina 2 times now. I'm hooked she listens and does exactly what I want. I live an hour away and will continue to drive to use her !! Thank you Tina!!!

After being very disappointed with the quality of service at the salon i had been frequenting, I had enough. I was referred to another salon. It's not super fancy . But i loved my nails. I was in desperate need of like everything.. i was a hot mess. My pedi was good. Not spectacular. But I've only had one in life that I would say was 10/10. My gel manicure was . She took her time, shaped my nails beautifully . I really love that in Ga , it seems the standard is to do pedi and mani at same time. It gets you in and out and I'm not a person who loves mani/pedis, it's just a necessity to me. The true test will be what shape my nails are in in 3 weeks, as that's the reason I left the last shop. I shouldn't need a new full set every 3 weeks . I'll report back. read more

The service here is very professional. Upon arrival, you're greeted and directed to check in on the iPad and select your services. I had a decent experience however my daughter did not. The young lady that did her mails was not experienced in nail art and did a bad job on my daughter's hands. The nail tech was also looking at the design only daighter's phone and still did a bad job. She came home and cleaned the polish off of her nails however she paid $50 plus dollars for a service that she was unhappy with. So, it would be nice if the nail techs took a course in nail art design, it is one of the biggest nail services that is being asked for these days. read more

I was a walk in at 3pm and thought I would have to wait a long time. I checked in electronically and was seated in a pedicure station almost immediately. Susan was my mail tech and was very friendly and accommodating (I'm extremely ticklish!). I am definitely going to return. 5 star service! read more

For starters walking in , one of the customers there had this big attitude for literally no reason at all . Then when I decided that I no longer wanted to get a pedicure the employee says I have too much dead skin LMAOAO and proceeded to start picking at my skin. Next when its time to do my acrylic set they said my set was gonna cost $110 for a basic and simple set . The employee that was going to do my nails was honestly rude she snatched my phone and everything. WORST customer service ever and theyre nails look like teeth. ty gn read more

This place is literally so nasty in the inside. And they have roaches crawling in the back of the pedi chairs. If you look around, it seems like they never mop the floors. And never dust or wipe down decor. One of the ladies had nerve to have my daughter walking over to me without any foot protection or her Shoes on while walking over to me after her pedi ...where I was drying my toes. I advised that was very unsanitary. A few weeks later someone called me and said the lady that do my nails couldn't service me anymore. And it really didn't make sense, I will be reporting this place. read more

Very upset. I had my toes done cost was close to $60 with a week the big toes bubbles up. They only gave me $3 off. Ridiculous that the next was not half price or free. I will not be back and will tell everyone I know to not go there. Very disappointed in their customer service. read more

I went to get a gel mani/ pedi Feb. 16th for my bday and my nails look TERRIBLE. It's only Feb. 21st... ChiChi did an amazing job on my pedi but my nail tech Tracey didn't do well at all on my nails... she did a rushed job and it clearly shows. I did sit down an hr before closing but that's no excuse. I will not be back!!! read more

Some were walk-ins and some were appointments. When it got to me, I told him I had an appointment for a full set and pedi at 10:00am and he directed me to the tablet to complete check-in. I found my name and appointment time but it still asked me to pick my services. I picked both things I needed. The two women in front of me were ushered to their spots. I waited to the side. A few minutes later, a nail tech in the middle of the floor in the waaaay back waived in my direction. I looked around before pointing to my chest and asking if she meant me. She nodded and waived for me to come over. She asked if I didn't remember her from last time, and I replied "It's my first time here.. Nobody really explained to me who I was going to work with. They only asked me to check in and I waited for further instructions." She apologized. Super kind, social, and funny nail tech. Love love love that she can hold a conversation down cause I can be a yapper. She for sure uplifted my mood after being confused. Halfway through my set, she asked what I had planned for the rest of the day. I told her "To get my toes done, too." She immediately spoke with someone and asked if I wanted to get em done at the same time. I told her I did and she reminded me that I had a lot of power in decided to do both at the same time. I appreciated it, but let her know that in general, as a new customer I felt lost because the front desk didn't help clarify who I'd be working with or confirm what I wanted done despite that I told them what I needed verbally and I selected the same things on the tablet. I could only assume that they did they separately because nobody really talked to me to specify. --- QUALITY & VIBE --- Both the set and pedi completed was amazing, the staff is really nice, and the space is clean, professional and spacious. However, as someone who has worked the front desk, I recommend that the front really communicates the process with their NEW customers because that: sets the first impression, clarity helps makes things efficient for the staff and client, and less confusion won't make the client feel uncomfortable from the start.

I've been going to this salon for a couple of years now. I've never had a bad experience. The salon is very clean. All of the nail techs I've encountered have been very friendly. However, Lee is my go to nail tech. I love the fact that I can text her directly to schedule and or change appointments. She spaces her appointments out to ensure that you don't have to wait long. I'm usually in the chair almost immediately when I arrive. She's also very attentive while I'm being serviced. read more

I'm very particular about my nails, and since my regular nail technician moved, I started looking for a new salon. I chose Nail Salon First and Spa because of all the outstanding reviews on google , so I went in with high expectations. Unfortunately, my first appointment was disappointing from the start. My appointment lasted over three hours, which is by far the longest nail appointment I've ever had. Even the technician asked me and my husband, who was sitting next to me, if something was wrong. I replied that I was tired, but honestly, a fill should not take over three hours. I bring my own custom pink acrylic powder because I have a very specific color that I love. When I came in for my fill, it had been about four weeks, so it was completely understandable that my right thumb needed to be redone from scratch. They rebuilt the nail and charged me about $5 for the replacement. What wasn't understandable was that the brand-new thumb they had just rebuilt broke in less than three days. My acrylics normally last about four weeks, even though I type constantly at work, so having a freshly rebuilt nail fail that quickly was very surprising. When I called, the owner/manager told me they would fix it at no charge, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, the experience became even more disappointing. The owner/manager, who greets customers and manages appointments, was getting a pedicure while checking people in. I found that very unprofessional. She told me to sit at a manicure station and that someone skilled in the repair I needed would be with me shortly. My original technician was working on another client and said she'd be with me soon. While I waited, I witnessed her carrying on a personal conversation with her co-worker in another language while completely ignoring the elderly client she was working on. The client repeatedly had to say the technician's name and eventually raised her voice to ask if she was listening. Watching that interaction made me uncomfortable. Regardless of the language being spoken, clients deserve their technician's full attention during their appointment, especially when they are paying for that service. Eventually, another technician looked at my broken nail. In my past experiences, whenever I've broken an acrylic nail, the technician has always removed the damaged acrylic and rebuilt the nail from scratch to ensure it was strong and matched the rest of the set. Instead, she simply added acrylic over the damaged area, built up one side, and applied my pink powder over it. Acrylic should not simply be layered over old, damaged acrylic. The result is a crooked, uneven nail that looks nothing like the rest of my set. I'm embarrassed by how it looks and now have to look at it every day. Nail appointments are supposed to leave you feeling confident, not disappointed. The pictures don't even do it justice--it's honestly much worse in person. The nail is so crooked and uneven that the photos don't fully capture how bad the workmanship actually is. Overall, I experienced extremely long appointments, poor durability, inconsistent repair work, and a level of professionalism that did not meet my expectations. I chose this salon because of its excellent reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was nothing like what I expected. I will never return. If you're okay with paying for poor workmanship, spending hours in the salon, and receiving unprofessional customer service, then this may be the salon for you. As for me, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
