    I've ordered 8'x8' banners over the past 4 years. It's always tempting to save a few $ by ordering something online. However you can't put a price on interacting with people face to face. There is value in building relationships with businesses over the course of several years. I can attest that the products is consistently of the highest quality, and the customer service second to none. Ivy is thoughtful and cares about the products they create and their customers. This is a family run business, with the expertise, quality and speed of a larger corporation. Visual Signs is the best of both worlds.     Absolutely amazing! I ordered a ton of signs, sandwich boards and banners for a Grand Opening and they were done the same week. Quality is much better than any other print shop I've used. Will definitely be a long time client. Ivy is awesome, she even caught errors that I missed.

    We just ordered 2 retractable stand banners for a coming show. I have never been satisfied with the banners. And the experience of working with Ivy and Amy is awesome! I stopped by the store and Ivy helped me check several printing and installation options. Amy helped me to revise my art work to make sure the best print quality with several emails later. We like doing business with them, and look forward to more opportunities with Visual Sign Shop in the future.

I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! You stood out from everyone else and I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with you.

I asked Yelp for a quote to have my business cards printed with same day services. I had my first networking event to go to the next day so time was of the essence! The UPS store was the first to respond instantly. The gentleman named Emad texted me back and asked me what I was looking and thinking it do. He gave me my options. Emad was kind, patient and helpful. He gave me suggestions, advice, and insights all within my business budgets. I was very pleased to hear what his price quote was. I assumed it was going to be much more expensive than it was. It turns out they are cheaper than their competitors with better care and faster services. All of the competitors slowly got back to me with double and triple the price quotes than The UPS Store and not within my time frame of expectancy. Emad was kind to text examples of what my company's cards would look like previously to printing the 100 cards that I purchased. I was so happy and surprised that it was so simple. The quality of service and business needs are exceptional. My services here were met way beyond what I could have imagined. It was fast and easy. Highly recommended and highly appreciated! For plain documents on a white 110 lb paper (great for name cards or set menus). There is rarely a line when I go I was actually surprised to see the negative reviews here! If a print ever comes out bad, they can just reprint it for you on the spot. Great service every time!

    The attitude from some of the employees in the printing section at Staples has been really…read moredisappointing. One person in particular, Brittany, consistently has an attitude, she rolls her eyes, huffs and puffs when you ask a question, and generally makes the interaction uncomfortable. I spend about $200 on printing for work weekly, which is standard for me, but any time I ask something, she acts as if its an inconvenience. At one point, I asked if I could quickly grab something and pay for it, and she responded with "fine" and walked away. Later, another employee at the register was extremely kind and even told me about some coupons that saved me $15 , something Brittany never mentioned. When I returned the next morning to pick up my already-paid-for prints, I was the only person in line. I smiled, said hello, and let her know I was just picking up my order. All she had to do was hand them to me. Instead, she looked at me, said "It'll be a while," and walked away to assist another customer who was making holiday cards. I stood there confused until even the woman she was helping said, "Oh, just give them to her, I'll be a while." Brittany rolled her eyes, grabbed my prints, and handed them over without a word. Her attitude is consistently unpleasant. This isn't a one-off experience, she is always rude, and her customer service is terrible. I won't be returning. I'll be taking my business to OfficeMax, where the staff is at least polite. I understand people get busy, but at minimum, customers deserve basic courtesy. Customer service may simply not be the right fit for her.
