I usually try to fix issues myself as I am a total DIYer. But this time, I was stumped. I have a 2005 Chevy Blazer and according to all of the YT videos it was only a matter of changing a Circuit Board... The Trailblazer and the S10 have it so why not the Blazer...??? Then the guys at Judgemotive got on it. I watched as the went over the Wiring Schematic then left them alone. When I came back a mechanic named Sehaj had my dash ripped to pieces. Inside, I was freaking. They finally found the problem. It was in my Signal Light Switch (Multi-function Switch). I would never have found that problem in a million years... They couldn't find a new one, so while they searched, I did a different search and found a replacement. The let me buy the replacement and bring it in a few days later. In a couple of hours Sehaj had it installed and the dash back in place... The lights work great now. What really blew my mind about Judgemotive was what it cost... Not even half of what I was expecting. I can't say enough about the professionalism, the speed they work at and the Cost. These people bend over backwards for their customers. The manual said I should get transmission fluid, brake fluid changed, a tune-up, etc. Revolution Motors was recommended to me. The receptionist was efficient, explained the process and told me that when they finished the inspection of the car they would call and let me know the cost, and get approval for the work. They gave me a car to use while mine was in the shop. Long-story short my Forester is in great shape, and they told me that I didn't need to do the scheduled maintenance because everything was great (it is a very low mileage vehicle). Only charged me for the oil change - and gave me a great price. They have definitely won a customer for the future. So glad that the folks on Reddit suggested them. I'll be back as needed.

This place is terrible. i paid 1500 to have work done that didn't need to be done. My car had the…read moresame problem the day after it was "fixed".I went back and had to keep calling daily to see if it they fixed the issue that i had already paid for. After 4 days they said they dont know what the problem is, but for a extra 200 they could put some piece in my catalatic converter of for 500 change it. My issue was an engine problem it was shaking when i drove it. It had nothing to do with the catalytic converter. it wasnt getting compression. The mechanic didn't even speak english. I dont know if they even did the work i paid for. I took it to another mechanic who is Caucasian and he told me it wasn't getting compression as the valves weren't opening fully and there is build up of carbon in the engine. He didnt even charge me for a diagnostic. Which took him a few hours to complete. I will never go to Deans again. I paid hard earned money and still got screwed over.

Went back around to the front to see Zach for a written quote based off what I wanted and discussed and said he wouldn't do a written quote. Said they don't and that a quote was just a verbal ballpark of a number. Buddy I guess got frustrated with me asking for a quote and snapped at me. Alta is disorganized and unprofessional. My last change was at a dealership 6 months ago. The staff were so nice and welcoming. As long as you wear your mask. My info was collected along with my mileage. They got right to work. I was shown the samples of my dirty fluids. Of course they want to sell you on changing ALL your fluids. I added power steering fluid to my order and told them to hold off on my rear diff. Excellent service. I really can't tell you how professional they were. You've got to come in yourself. I was apprised of costs each step of the way. I found a $10.00 coupon online which was applied to my final bill. Nothing seems to be leaking so far. I will check in on my trip home from Winnipeg.

They didn't…read moreensure the hood was latched properly. 4 kilometres down the road the hood blew off my truck damaging the hood, fenders and windshield. Elliot the owner of this location refused to take responsibility for his employees and will not help in any way to resolve this situation and is blaming my hood latch from malfunctioning. I own several vehicles all which have been serviced only by jiffy lube. I would strongly recommend not taking my vehicle to these guys! I will be taking all my vehicles elsewhere for service now.
