My last change was at a dealership 6 months ago. The staff were so nice and welcoming. As long as you wear your mask. My info was collected along with my mileage. They got right to work. I was shown the samples of my dirty fluids. Of course they want to sell you on changing ALL your fluids. I added power steering fluid to my order and told them to hold off on my rear diff. Excellent service. I really can't tell you how professional they were. You've got to come in yourself. I was apprised of costs each step of the way. I found a $10.00 coupon online which was applied to my final bill. Nothing seems to be leaking so far. I will check in on my trip home from Winnipeg.

Elliot the owner of this location refused to take responsibility for his employees and will not help in any way to resolve this situation and is blaming my hood latch from malfunctioning. I own several vehicles all which have been serviced only by jiffy lube. I would strongly recommend not taking my vehicle to these guys! I will be taking all my vehicles elsewhere for service now. After 4 days they said they dont know what the problem is, but for a extra 200 they could put some piece in my catalatic converter of for 500 change it. My issue was an engine problem it was shaking when i drove it. It had nothing to do with the catalytic converter. it wasnt getting compression. The mechanic didn't even speak english. I dont know if they even did the work i paid for. I took it to another mechanic who is Caucasian and he told me it wasn't getting compression as the valves weren't opening fully and there is build up of carbon in the engine. He didnt even charge me for a diagnostic. Which took him a few hours to complete. I will never go to Deans again. I paid hard earned money and still got screwed over.

Call 911. My husband recommended we get an oil change. I didn't understand why you would need to change the oil, but OK. Whatever. Apparently it's something you need to do, and we hadn't had the oil changed since we bought the car last year. I dropped him off at work and he sent me on my way to Midas on Calgary Trail. They open at 7:30 AM, which is huge for people with crazy schedules like us. I drove around back as they instructed me and waited for my turn in the pit. They only work on one car at a time for things like that, and I didn't know how long the car in front of me was going to take, which was annoying. I ended up sitting in my car for about 30 minutes when they opened up the garage door. They did a full winter package, which included the oil change and a bunch of other things I'm sure are really important, and it was only about $40, which apparently is a good price. I hung out in the lobby, which included FREE WI-FI (That's MAJOR!) and FREE COFFEE. Done. So impressed. After it was all over, which took about 45 minutes, they brought me a sheet with checkmarks showing green, orange, or red lights on a whole series of inspection points. The Rookie, as our car is affectionately known, passed with flying colours. Atta boy! I would definitely bring my baby back here for its next check-up!

My friend had driven up from Calgary and was in the middle of a road trip where her front bumper had become unbracketed/was dragging on the ground. They helped us free of charge and popped it back into place! We were very thankful as she needed to drive back to Calgary and a quick fix like this helped her get home. This is mostly a comment on that staff. They were friendly and helpful. Without them she may not have been able to get back on the road. There was only about half an hour left in their shit and they helped us out quickly! Thank you!

The advice was to get new tires next Winter due to excessive wear. I was shown the damage and completely agree. I use to work in a garage, so I know an old tire when I see it.
