Brandon, a gem of a person, was incredibly kind, thoughtful and honest in every aspect. First, at other shops I was quoted a 4 day minimum repair. Dynamic offered overnight turnaround service which I needed as I was leaving the state two days later. Upon replacing my bumper (with a certified part from the manufacturer at aftermarket cost) found a small mistake in the paint color. Instead of ignoring, he called me and let me know that he couldn't release my car to me until he made it right. His team stayed late, took it back apart and redid the entire job with upgraded paint materials (at no cost) overnight to achieve perfection.
