In order to get a replacement tank, the old one needed to be returned to the place it was purchased, which happened to be Washington Court House. Nicole cheerfully took care of all of the warranty and return work needed. She removed and returned the tank. She had to go to another store to get a replacement, and she did so without missing a beat or her positive attitude. Not once did she roll her eyes, sigh or act like it was an imposition.
