First, the estimator really listened to what I needed in terms of house paint, fence and pergola staining and delivered a quote and timeline that was right on target, giving time for the paint to dry after each step. I had reached out to a number of local "handymen" who either never got back to me, or declined entirely. He is very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, respectful, and always offers thoughtful suggestions without being pushy. For this project, he came by about three times and did several things: moved the sink and toilet plumbing about a foot to the left (this was my request because I plan to install a handicap-accessible shower in the future), installed a new cabinet and toilet, mounted a mirror with hidden electrical, replaced outdated lighting with recessed lighting, and handled drywall work and prep for paint. Check out the before and after pics! 2) Garbage disposal replacement: I called him on a Friday, and we were able to schedule for Monday. He showed up right on time, finished in about 20 minutes, and cleaned everything up afterward. He's efficient, professional, and just genuinely nice to work with.
