The flooring was cut inside our home, leaving sawdust throughout the house, and after the installation we identified numerous workmanship and finishing issues. I contacted Chris and attempted to have these concerns addressed and corrected, but they were not resolved. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been frustrating and will likely cost us additional money to have the flooring properly repaired. Left us with a $600 bill and my furnace still intermittent. My husband was in contact with both JP and the owners wife and they said they were trying to figure it out. We paid our bill and that is when we got ghosted by them. Left us without a proper working furnace in the cold. Ended up finding the root cause to our issue ourselves when restarting furnace again and smelling burning. The white neutral input wire was burnt and causing furnace to short out.
