Fix My Roof installed a new TPO roof on our flat roofed house 6 years ago. They were easy to communicate with and arrived when they said they would. They installed the roof efficiently and cleaned up completely. We had some leaks before getting this new roof and they have not recurred. One of their guys comes out each year to inspect the roof and fix any little proto-problems. We had this roof installed before we had Positive Energy install solar panels on our roof. That was Positive Energy's advice and it was excellent advice. It's lovely to live under a roof you don't need to think about. read more

I really like Fix My Roof's silicone product. It is a cost effective solution when replacing the entire roof is not necessary. We had several leaks in our home we had just moved into and Fix my roof gave a reasonable quote and completed their job professionally. Paid $20,000 for a brand new TPO roof in 2021 only to have a leak occur in July 2024. Sheetrock on ceiling is wet, black mold is visible, which tells me this is not a new leak, but has been steady for some time. Fiddler says their only duty to us is to repair exterior, and the interior is on us, which is bizarre. When foreman assessed the roof and where leak was identified, he said the crew did not do things like they should have and they could have done a better job. So tell me, how is the interior not covered by Fiddler when they admit their crew did not do a great job with our roof? Fiddler has been difficult to contact, made false commitments to return calls when they said they would, and foreman also told me he would talk to owner about "helping us out" on interior, only for owner to say, "that's not covered in your limited warranty." Very disappointed with this investment and service. read more

Awful experience. Derek took 2 cores from my roof, one of which caused a leak. All of the other roofers giving estimates didn't do this until after we had an agreement. The roofer I used said he went too deep with the cores and nearly punctured the ceiling. Don't let him remove anything unless you're absolutely certain you'll use FMR then they can do the repairs. He also lied about how many layers on my roof after he found out that I wasn't going with FMR. If you're a smart, single woman beware. Seems to have issues with that and was only civilized in his emails, I assume so his boss wouldn't know what he's like in person. Completely full of himself. So happy I went with another roofer! read more

We required help in fixing a TPO roof that had been poorly fitted and was now allowing leaking of water into the house. The company responded immediately with a visit and estimate for repairs within 48 hours of the request. The repair crew arrived very quickly and expertly & carefully repaired all the faults adding extra protection to drainage channels, pipes etc where leaks can occur. Due to the labor and great job we consider this value for money. We couldn't be happier and just wish we had taken their advice when contemplating a new roof 6 years ago. read more

Be careful. We called for an estimate on roofing repairs. We had already had two roofers up on the roof earlier in the year: one for a general inspection and one for a minor repair of the canales. Without saying we needed a new roof, Fix My Roof urged us to replace the roof entirely with their special material at a significant cost/sq. ft. We asked for an estimate and, separately, had another inspector on the roof, who assured us that the roof was sound and had many years of service ahead of it. When we declined to replace the roof and ask for only the necessary repair in the area of the canale, we were told that repairs were not worth Fix My Roof's time or effort. I've no idea whether their roof replacement is worth it or not: it is, however, expensive. read more

I am buying a house in Tijeras and the sellers chose Fix My Roof to do some repairs at a cost of $3,000. I have been in real estate for 15 years and have never known a tune up to not seal penetrations. When the reinspection showed that not all of them had been resealed I called the company. The front desk told me they never seal penetrations because it is too much work to push back the gravel. He said they only seal penetrations on a roof re-do. This is shocking because these should be resealed at least once a year. The contractor doing the work said he didn't feel these needed resealing. I asked if cracking black tar does not constitute resealing then what would? No answer except he could go back and give me an estimate on resealing the penetrations. They charge a $200 trip charge to Tijeras, so that was not something I would consider. I will not use them again. read more
