Ordered the part and at 2pm two techs: Jonathan Osorio and Adriana Rodriguez, arrived with the required parts and replaced the blower. All was covered under their great warranty. We were warm and comfortable last night thanks to their hard work. I can't say enough good things about this companies professionalism and skills. So if I had done a review on the first install it 100% would have been 1 star. Apparently I had…read morereceived defective carpet, so it would pull out easily and also the carpet had a pattern stain that you could clearly see once vacuumed. It also had several gaps where the seams met. The installers assured me this was normal and that the seams would fade. I was shocked considering the price we paid for the carpet. Also, I asked a few experts in the area and they also agreed this was not correct at all. Well two weeks later and it honestly looked worse. So I called them back. They "fixed" the seams they said and left. I didn't have a chance to look before they left as I was on a work call. I checked shortly after and same deal. I ended up calling my project manager at Sunn and she came right out to check. Well lo and behold, she immediately could tell something was wrong even though the installers assured me twice that everything was ship shape. She had me send over a piece of the carpet to get tested by the vendor. That ended up being about a one month waiting period. The vendor got back to me and agreed that the carpet was defective and offered a full replacement at zero charge. They were extremely compassionate and empathetic, so it made me feel much better since the installers made me feel like I was going nuts. So we got the second install done on the carpet and it is MUCH better. There are still issues at a couple seams, so I am not 100% thrilled. But it did take care of the major issues we had. To be honest, I was pretty surprised the whole time that the GM or owner of Sunn carpet didn't follow up on this at all. The only thing that saved them from a one star review was their project manager to be honest. So I am so appreciative of her help in all of this. But I do think that better quality control would help this company a lot. Also, a follow-up after install to ensure customer satisfaction should be standard. But it is what it is. I would be a bit hesitant to use them for my next fooring project given the circumstances. But at least it wasn't left in the state of the first install. DM me if you would like the first or second install pics. If I posted the first install pics here I think it would severely hurt this business, so I refrained from that.

On the day of service, Daniel informed me when he was in route and then let me know midway through the project that it was going to be the upper end of the estimate he'd given me and why. I had to locate someone to clean my clothing drier air duct because the brand new machine I purchased wasn't functioning. Had I not found Daniel to do this work so quickly and effectively I might've been stuck with a lemon machine because I couldn't try it within the return window. It is hard using a business I hadn't tried before and I want to provide this as a recommendation for other customers. I believe I paid a fair price for the service I received and as a consequence, my home is safer and my clothes are getting dry.

Due to CO exposure and unethical practices, and lies about repairs promised..I told him the trust issue was gone (and now I am terrified of CO poisoning and generators)! Get everything this man tells you in writing My ceiling looks like crap in every room they worked in and it took me over 3 hrs to clean...even wash curtains and deep clean steam clean carpets and furniture. Owner was provided all info including Fire Dept report, Emergency Room report, lab work showing ABNORMAL levels of CO levels in blood as well as videos showing workers did not use vacuum in crawl space/attic areas. He will not refund my money and has not responded since asking for "proof". They left my house a disastrous toxic mess. Would you let your family and children spend the night in my house after seeing videos? Filed a report with BBB and will file with Attorney Generals Office.
