There are no better therapists than Lindsey and her assistant Jillian to put you on the road to recovery. It's hard work to get your muscles working the right way. Lindsey develops the correct program and Jillian makes sure I do the exercises correctly. To be corrected and doing the exercises correctly, is very important to me. I always joke around, that I don't want to be mediocre, but exceptional, and Lindsey and Jillian make sure I achieve my goals. After a little more than 3 months of therapy, I'm 90% recovered, now it's up to me to continue to exercises at home. I can highly recommend Foothills Physical Therapy. The entire team is welcoming, friendly, professional and they make sure your mobility is restored.

Each time I saw him he asked me specifically how bad my pain was, where was it hurting, what activity was making it worse or better. I didn't just want to be healed, I wanted to know everything about my injury. I asked him a bazillion questions and he patiently and fully answered them all, and clearly enjoyed talking about his profession. He is an experienced professional and knows exactly what he is doing. I am virtually pain free now and he provided me with the knowledge and tools (exercises) to get me fully healed, in time. It appeared that all the therapists there are just as kind, caring and qualified as Jake. They all focused carefully on each of their patients like doting parents. The rest of staff there were wonderful as well (especially Keaton). They are all friendly, kind, caring and full of smiles. They genuinely love what they do, and it showed every time I went. I especially liked the way the entire team there works together. They have great choreography and chemistry, and make each visit there as comfortable and relaxing as they can. Bottom line, I cannot recommend this place enough. They resolved my pain and did it quickly and professionally. You can trust this place.

Dr. Hatfield did a full knee replacement on me a few years back and he was fantastic. I loved that he was honest and upfront about what to expect--so many doctors sugar coat things (i.e. severe pain is not the same thing as "discomfort"). I healed up beautifully and went on my merry way. Now that my other knee is acting up, I'm back. I have full faith in Dr Hatfield's advice and care. He is not the doctor who insists you have a consultation first then sends you for X-rays then had you come back again for treatment. He had me get X-rays first then come in one time. He looked at them, diagnosed, and gave me my cortisone shot all in one quick visit. No nonsense! His staff is also very kind, knowledgeable, and caring.

He then looked at me and told me 'it sounds like you're just here for pain medication and we don't do that here, so if that's what you want, this isn't the place for you'. I was shocked. I never once asked for pain meds, this is classic male doctor not believing women about our pain. I then asked him what I could do about my pain and he told me to get physical therapy. Why couldn't he just recommend that in the first place? Why did he have to accuse me of drug seeking? I've never taken prescription pain meds for my condition and never asked a doctor for any. This is why I never see male doctors. Complete waste of my time and he made me feel like I was wrong for seeking help for my pain.

Dr Purcell did amazing work on my shoulder, and his staff has gone way beyond what is required of them. I had problems with other places, imaging, labs, things like that, and they were so quick to get on the phone and fix all those problems even though it wasn't their fault, just to make sure i was taken care of. They even delivered to my house, a pneumatic cryo shoulder brace, because they thought it would help with my pain and recovery. To my house, they personally brought it to my house and showed me how to use it! Anyway, I would HIGHLY recommend this amazing Doctor and his outstanding staff for any orthopedic needs you may require. I am beyond happy and pleased by my experience.

While my Physical Therapist was personally very kind and attentive, I would only work with her for about 10-15 minutes per session and was then passed on to the assistants who were NOT attentive. They would give me my exercises to complete but rather than staying and ensuring I was doing them correctly would run to another patient and work with them, and then I would be sitting there for several minutes inbetween exercises waiting for the assistant to come back. I came three weeks in a row and every week was like this-the facility just seemed like they had too many patients scheduled at once and not enough employees to properly take care of all the patients. As someone who has done physical therapy at several facilities over the years I was disappointed in my care and would not recommend coming here. I gave it a two because I liked my physical therapist but if it wasn't for her I would give this facility a one.

Time in the waiting room is minimal, I'm called back and seen when my appointment is supposed to be, and the Dr. shows up and addresses my injury, offers treatment options and plans for recovery. Through some MRI scheduling and some procedures involving ultrasound assisted cortisone injections I'm well on my way to recovery now with a Physical Therapist Dr. Rich recommended. The entire staff has been friendly and communicative through the whole process and I'm very happy with my treatment and Dr. Rich's care.

PT spent her time eating granola bars and being on her computer, definitely not supervising the tech. A few times, I purposely did the exercise wrong and nobody corrected me. The tech was always working with multiple patients at a time. Another time, I was doing my exercise and I looked over and the tech was getting work done on herself by another therapist. Do yourself a favor and google search for a therapist who works on one patient at a time. And the front office staff is rude and inefficient.

My life and the life of my child was put at risk choosing this place. At 38/39 weeks an ultrasound…read morecaught an issue. The diagnosis was something that the midwives said they could handle. However the ultrasound doctor strongly advised to give birth at a hospital. At the time we didn't understand why or the urge to sway us away from the birthing center. When we told the midwive she immediately tried getting rid of me as a patient. I had to call around different doctor offices trying to be seen at 39 weeks which was impossible to get an appointment. My husband finally bugged the midwife enough for her to tell me to "go to a hospital, lie about having contractions" that she would make a call and have some random doctor that I've never met claim me as his patient for me to be admitted. We were left with no doctor, no help, no answers, told to lie to medical staff. It was completely stressful. No medical facility should ever treat someone like this ! Especially someone who is pregnant . It turns out that OUR midwive was responsible for the death of a baby during labor. 3 months prior to my delivery. Along with a list of previous medical misconduct. In the end we lucked out with a healthy baby, but literally shame on all of you.
