The people that work there are nice and helpful! I went in to replace an iPad screen, paid $140 which is about average as I could find compared to other places close by. They offer a one year warranty on the item that they repair. The screen was doing something weird after I got home so I took it back in and the replaced the screen again and it is working as great as it was the day I bought it again! read more

I stopped here after a car accident ruined my phone. I had them check it out and see if it was worth repairing. It wasn't. I appreciated their honesty, and left. A month later when I was dealing with an insurance adjuster, they didn't want to pay for my phone that was ruined in an accident their client caused unless they could verify it was looked at by a professional. I didn't get any sort of proof from Fixit, and it had been a month since I had dropped by for a few minutes. I was sure they would not remember. But I have the insurance adjuster their number. Not only did Fixit remember but they verified that my phone was not repairable. I was able to receive reimbursement for my broken phone because of Fixit. These guys were amazing and with all the limitations imposed by the pandemic, they were beyond accommodating! They went above and beyond on fixing my MacBook Pro 2011. Just needed a new battery (which decided to balloon up and actually warped my case). They not only replaced the battery, but put the case back into shape and fixed my testy track pad in the process, at no extra charge. I would high recommend these guys to anyone. My daughter iPod Touch was damaged, my wife searched for a repair store and found this location online and set an appointment for today. After driving 25 minutes and arriving for our scheduled appointment I was told that there are two problems. The first being they do not have the parts to replace the screen and that they are not connected to the appointment system, as it it new, and have no record of our appointment. While on vacation, I broke my phone. We went to fix it to see if it could be fixed. We weren't sure if it could be fixed. It wasn't. We looked away phones to buy and we didn't know which one we wanted. Dalton, the store manager, was very helpful. He gave us the info we needed for each phone we looked at and allowed us to use their computer to see if those phones were compatible with my sim card. When we couldn't make a decision, dalton told us to think about it and if he could help, come back We went to lunch, made some phone calls, and went back too the store. iPhone 6S Plus, wouldn't charge. My cable would charge other iPhones, so I assumed it was my charge port. iQue had the parts in stock and offered a quick turnaround during my lunch break at a price only $10 above what it would cost me in parts and tools (VERY worth the $10 to not have the risk of opening my phone up, microsoldering, etc). I showed up without an appointment and was helped within minutes. The gentleman behind the counter cleaned my charge port and tried with a new cable. The phone worked! Any business that will attempt to fix a problem instead of taking the opportunity to sell an unnecessary part (they could have done nothing and told me it had been replaced and now worked) DESERVES YOUR BUSINESS! ....he even swapped cables with me. TL;DR- I get the feeling they're lazy, highly disorganized, or unmotivated. Brought in my wife's 2013 Macbook to replace the trackpad. We made it clear when we brought the Macbook into the store, that the lower right corner of the trackpad is physically stuck, and demonstrated that not only could it not click, mouse movements were erratic in that section. They quoted us $200, and we were on our way. After a few days of not getting a phone call, I called them to see what the status was, and they said the technician wasn't clear what the problem was, and asked if we had tried rebooting it. Again, over the phone, I explained the issue with the lower right corner of the trackpad not clicking and erratic mouse movements. It was then communicated to me that the technician understood the problem, and that he would get a new part ordered in the following week. At the end of the next week, still with no callback, we drove in to see what the status was. They asked if we had tried reinstalling the software to fix the mouse issues. AGAIN, I explained the hardware mouse IS PHYSICALLY STUCK. The technician then came out, and explained that they wouldn't be able to order a part, because of how old the Macbook is. That would have been nice to know when I brought it in on day one. Never once did I receive a callback from them- I always had to initiate the call. It's clear they never bothered troubleshooting the problem, because I had to explain it to them 2 additional times. They never bothered ordering the part, despite me waiting a week. I got the feeling these guys are lazy, unmotivated, and disorganized. I'd highly recommend avoiding this company. read more

These guys are idiots. I went in for a cracked iPhone 7 screen, and yes it was repaired ($160), but the new glass they put on diminishes the color and resolution significantly from what it was before, and now some of the key functions of the phone are not working. I put in a ticket for someone to contact me about it, and received nothing from them. Finally called, told them my issue, and they said to come in. When I went in a few days later (I was out of town), the service person was super unhelpful, and acted like I was both bothering her, or that I was imagining a key feature that was missing.. additionally - I made the mistake of not asking beforehand if they're using apple-approved parts and service, and when I did they confirmed that they do not, in fact, use apple-approved parts and service, which means ANY/ALL APPLE WARRANTIES ARE NULL AND VOID WHEN YOU USE THEIR SERVICE, including AppleCare. For reference, the last time this happened (in another state), I paid less and the company used only Apple-approved parts and service techniques, thus keeping the warranties intact. They should have disclosed all of this beforehand. I would have taken it elsewhere. I would never use them for anything in the future, and highly recommend going elsewhere. read more

When I turned on my 3 year old Samsung Galaxy S7 this morning, it said it was 100% charged and then proceeded to try to boot for quite a while and then it went totally dead. I hadn't realized how dependent I am on this phone and could have been sold anything to get it back to life or I could have even been sold a new phone. Monan, the assistant manager, told me that he thought it was just the battery but they would check and make sure. He suggested that I set up a Google email account while the phone was being fixed so that my data could be saved from my phone to the Google Cloud so that I would have a backup if I had problems in the future with my phone. I went back a couple of hours later and Monan had been right...it was just the battery. When I said I didn't know how to save data to the Google Cloud, he did it for me!! Great Service!! The screens that they put on are so thin that you set the phone down on something and they will puncher. Just went in for the 5th time on a phone and all though there are no cracks on the phone there are black lines due the shitty screen being punched. You are better off going back to the manufacture and paying for a decent screen. This place is a WASTE OF $$$ read more

I dropped by the store to explain my issue about 4-6 weeks ago. The guy working knew exactly what the problem was and told me it would take a week to fix. 2 weeks ago I took my laptop in and they said it would be a week. That I should get a call soon with a diagnoses and go over what to do from there. One week later I still had not been contacted. I contact the store who tells me they just barely diagnosed it and we went over the options. Another week has passed by and my computer is STILL not done. I've called daily asking for updates. Yesterday I called the store who told me they would contact the technician and call me back. They never called. It's been over 2 weeks since I dropped it off and I still don't have it. I would not recommend this place for repairs. read more

I paid for iPhone protection which they fail to find in their system! I took it in yesterday for water damage and was told by Abraham (who wasn't busy or had any other phones he was busy with!) who said he would call me before closing! I drove over because it was getting close to closing time and they were already closed! Went again this morning and Ben coldly says system notes say they can't do Anything?!! Why pay for protection, which they now tell me they cant locate. Really shady. After arguing, he says he needs the phone for another day to double check. Ugh!!! Try Bad Apple first! I went here yesterday to have them fix a power button o my iPhone. They're very kind but they have seem to made my phone worse and they can't do anything about it. I took my phone in to have my pictures taken off my phone because T mobile told me I needed a new phone and they couldn't get anything off my phone. When I asked them about my pictures he said why don't we just fix it for you. My Co pay for a new phone was $175 and he fixed it for $62. They were very friendly and professional.
