This isn't an easy task as RV manufacturers don't typically identify the maker and description (e.g., "color") of interior trimmings. Joe, at Carpet Island, was a Godsend. Not only was he able to source replacement carpet, he was able to bind / whip the edges for a professional, finished look. The project wasn't straightforward as I had to change installers in mid-project (that's a 'hole 'nother story!) but Joe was with me all the way, and I couldn't be happier. The prices were fair, but the wervice was world-class!

We stopped in to Carpet Island and asked Joe if they might have a remnant in the warehouse that was similar to the sample we showed him. He did! And when could he arrange installation? Within 48 hours. We weren't ready that quickly... So he accommodated us by arranging the installation to suit our schedule. Then, he showed up to help move some furniture back!! he also graciously provided us with some very heavy plastic to help cover and protect our beautiful new carpet while we were making some changes in the room. Not only did we get amazing and timely service at a very fair price, but we also got to trade with a locally owned business. Buy local! Buy Local! BUY LOCAL! ;-)

I would have given them 5 stars except that they were slow getting the job done and that we had to travel to Tampa to pick out our granite. They did have an excellent granite selection once we got there. They did a good job removing and installing our cabinets and a great job installing our granite. We had some small issues after the install but they were addressed without a hitch. If they could speed up the install process, I would have given them 5 stars. Nobody likes to be without a kitchen.

The owner blamed the manufacturer not considering how it was installed, regardless he wanted to make it right as we were good customers and Cabinet Warehouse does many renovations in Timber Greens. We entered into a verbal agreement that Cabinet Warehouse would install new flooring at no cost to us (we did pay $1300 for the new material and the manufacturer paid $1300). They sent a crew to remove the old buckling flooring. We received a call from the owner who stated before they would install the new flooring we would be charged $1600 to dry out the concrete. The owner refused to come to my home to inspect the concrete, drywall and baseboards all of which showed no signs of moisture)water damage. When I refused to pay for $1600 he raised his voice, used profanities, and repeatedly accused me of being dishonest. He claimed the house was flooded and I kept it from him because I wanted the floor installed at no cost to us(which is what we agreed to). Unfortunately the matter remains unresolved and I am extremely disappointed with the owners behavior and how I was treated. What is clear is the owner took no accountability, his behavior was well beyond unprofessional and was abusive. We are left with a home where all the flooring is removed, furniture is in disarray. We are now looking for a new installer. I would not recommend you even consider a small project done by them. See pictures below on how our house was left today.

Most recently, he came to reinstall our new LVP on our 2nd floor. We (mistakenly) hired a different company to install the LVP (I didn't know Christopher did LVP as well!) and that company installed it at an angle. It looked terrible! Christopher came and very carefully uninstalled the LVP and baseboards to save as many boards as possible. He cleaned up the subfloor and added self-leveler, feathering it out to make it correct. He reinstalled it beautifully - and straight! As expected, he was detailed oriented and put in extra time to make sure it was done right. He even straightened up an angled wall which was bowed to ensure the baseboard sat flush. I also included photos from the bathroom he did for us in early 2024. He laid floor tile, wall tile, shower floor tile, added a niche in the shower, installed the tub and tub faucet! It all looks perfect and is still in great shape 2 years later! Not only is Christopher the best at what he does but I also feel comfortable having him in our home, even if we are not there. He's keeps us updated on the project timeline and is always friendly!
