They did a good job laying the tile. Thats were the good ended. There were hand prints on walls and doors, grout piled up in the corners, holes and uneveness in the grout. Carpet was left loose in the doorway to the bedroom. Also very heavy grout residue left in the floor. Still everybody is very nice but it's like pulling teeth. Multiple calls, poor follow-up. My wife was rushed into signing for the job before she could even walk on it. Bad on us. Still no resolution on the grout. Bottom line, stay away from Bob's. Save some money and take your chances at the big box stores. And don't pay until you are 100 percent satisfied. Update: The issues with the floor have been taken care of. Danny spent a whole day here working hard. We appreciate his efforts. He is definitely an asset to the business!

As if this had anything to do with anything, I guess they have either too many clients or they need to buy more machines. I don't know. So I said, I wanted to know so that I could be here because I don't allow people on my property when I'm not here generally, whenever I've had that happen, things have disappeared. And they were very animate about the fact that that I did not need to be here that it was fine if I wasn't here to the point that it made me uncomfortable. And and then they said, oh, we'll send you pictures why I would need pictures, I have no idea because I live. Here. So that kind of made me uncomfortable. The fact that they really seemed to wanted me off the property when they were here. Well, of course, Friday comes and goes no one shows app again, no 1 replies on Friday when I text them again, so I find someone to come out Saturday and the only time I even got a reply from them was after I informed. Them not to come out on Saturday as if they were planning to, because I'd already found somebody that would come out and do the job. So the the guy was like, well, we just can't come out. And do you we put you on a route blah blah blah? But at no point in time was any of that explained to me, I wasn't told I was being put on a route, I was told that they would be out Thursday and Friday, I gave them one day's grace because of the rain, they told me that they would be there Friday, but they didn't know what time then they didn't show up. We needed to replace the ancient wrought iron columns on the property with something more modern and feasible to attach our gutter downspouts. Ron absolutely KILLED it; he drew up the quote (extremely accurate) and had suggestions that would be slightly more expensive with the choice in wood & attachment points but the longevity would outlast the cost one thousand fold (so thankful for your insight). We also needed to replace the entire section of attic breather screens that would be best described as janky and worn. His idea for the fix wouldn't break the bank and it looks so professional it looks better than NEW (hat tip to you SIR)! We also had Ron replace rotted sections of soffit and fascia, he was able to color match spot on with the paint and it came out phenomenal!
