I'm visiting my military daughter and her family in Hinesville georgia, and yesterday she went and got me a carne asada burrito that was outstanding, and I kind of know what an outstanding burrito taste like because I'm from Los Angeles. Specifically, I lived in East LA and I am completely familiar with legitimate Mexican food. I highly recommend it if you're looking for something authentic. If you don't know much about Mexican food and you're just looking for something called a taco well yeah you could probably drive through Taco Bell and be totally happy. I picked up dinner for my family on a Monday afternoon. I've visited 2 other Flacos locations before (Richmond hill and Pooler) so I knew what to expect. I ordered 3 Flaco specials Flaco bell style and 2 orders of elote. We had chicken, beef (grilled and marinated), pork (sausage) tacos. I enjoyed the marinated beef and chicken tacos the best. The elotes were good also. The mayonnaise was not heavy at all. Overall the food was delicious. I would've loved to have had a spicier salsa on the side. The cashier was very pleasant and helpful also. I will be returning when I am back in the area. read more

Hispanic here...xD The service was great and fast. Place is nice and clean. I ordered your normal steak tacos. It has a DECENT flavor(it's edible).it comes with cilantro, fried onions, a piece of cucumber radish and lime. The sauce is alright. The hotter sauce they offer is similar to hot oil from Chinese restaurants only with different dried peppers. It's not the worst and it's not the best.. I think they should ask customers if they want their tortillas oiled up. They use the smelly corn tortillas(which is typical in most places). For $3.50 you expect a freshly made corn tortilla. REAL corn tortillas would be a big game changer for this place. (MAYBE they do have fresh corn tortillas....maybe I was just there when they had to pull out with the store bought tortillas... This is the closest you'll get to authentic Mexican food in Hinesville. The restaurant is owned by a woman from California, so it is a local and family business, and would be nice to get support! I would recommend at least trying a few things from their menu. My personal favorite is the carne asada quesadilla or the carne asada taco plate. I've tried Birria(shredded beef), carnitas (shredded pork), and carne tacos. The beef makes the tacos soggy and the carnitas don't taste authentic to me. Birria does taste great in the California Burrito! Do not get the carne asada fries. They taste dry and bland. The place is on the pricey side, again because it is a small business. Beware limes cost extra lol. Overall, I believe the place is good, not to die for though. read more

Birriadilla tacos were not good. The tortilla was very chewy as if it weren't cook all the way and the sauce was too bland.

Food was decent. More expensive than any of the surrounding places for a burrito. The burrito itself had a lot of beans and rice that seemed melted inside the soft shell. It was filling enough, but not enough to justify the cost. Will try their nachos next time, as it's supposedly large enough to feed more than one person, so hopefully we get our money's worth. read more

This place is my new favorite. Seriously, they are going to know my name by heart by the time we leave Hinesville. Everything I have gotten has been amazing. I also like you can't always get everything on the menu, that means it's actually fresh products. The ONLY thing I'm not crazy about is the salsa, and that probably could be because it's more legit salsa than my GeorgiaMexican salsa I've been use to my whole life. If you're considering it,I'd give it a try. My friend didn't really like hers but she has bad taste in men so I'm sure food isn't her strong point either. read more

Absolutely flavorless. I ordered a taco platter, some carnitas and some al pastor tacos, also ordered the "cheese fries" with some carnitas over them. Nothing had flavor. Unseasoned meat, unseasoned fries, slices of cheese over the fries is honestly a rip off because it's also over priced and just plain and bland, overall bad food. When i talk about tacos or "Street Tacos", i'm talking about two corn tortillas with the choice of meat, onions, cilantro and salsa. My order was two tacos, 2 Carne Asada, 2 Al pastor and Elote. How i described an ideal taco is what i received, the wait wasn't bad for considering this was their opening week. The menu has everything and the essentials (Yes, Desserts too) to get that true Mexican street food taste as well as the culture. Now with this being the 4th of the Flacos Tacos business we can assume that its probably doing well! I got what i ordered and although authentic street tacos and Mexican street food is rare around these parts, there are other options and i consider this a contender on the proclaimed "best Mexican food in town." Hands down B E S T tacos in town. And the staff wow, so sweet and kind and my tacos were cooked completely fresh right there on the spot. I will recommend this place before any other restaurant in Hinesville!! If I could leave a 50 dollar tip every time I visit here I would because the cooks and staff deserve it. I ordered chicken nachos with just chicken and cheese. I HATE beans so I was very disappointed they were on them. I also ordered and PAID for an extra side of chips and cheese and asked for verde salsa. I did not get the cheese and they gave me red spicy salsa. Not very happy with this order. I had it delivered maybe it's better in person but I won't be going back to find out. read more

I ordered from this place 3 times and spent over $60. the first order they added the sides in for free without me even selecting them . the first 2 times, the food looked very shitty & it was poor presentation like they just threw the food in the tray. im Pregnant so i still ate it because I spent my money. i didnt want to leave a bad review on Ubereats so i didnt because I understand they are trying to make their money. however this time i ordered, i did want some of the sides extra. i didnt mind if they charged me either but they were really cheap with the sour cream & it was all watery . i called and the OWNER GABRIELLA WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND unprofessional , KEPT OVER TALKING ME as if she didnt want to hear anything I was saying. Don't do it! We've had multiple delivery orders from here where they've repeatedly forgotten to give the delivery driver items we ordered. In addition, the tacos are basically inedible since they're just thrown in the to go container and swimming in grease. Never again!!! read more
