This was my food at the bottom of my Togo plate burn tacos ordered 4 only ate 2 didn't see this until I got to the bottom they covered it with lettuce and tomato never will eat here again don't waist your money

Receipt $31.32

We asked if any specials and the cashier said no mind you it's Taco Tuesday!! We stopped coming here because of the attitude and lack of care of the food given to us. The tacos soggy not sure why didn't eat $31 down the drain the Texas bowl was extremely small for $13 We won't be coming back !!! It's a shame that you don't care what your customers are telling you.

Omg!!! Loved this place! Just left and I will definitely be back soon! Gabriela and everyone there is so nice and have great customer service! The food was so delicious! My fiancé had the grill fish burrito with rice/bean in it and I had the flaco special (1 shrimp, 1 birria, and 2 carne asada (beef)) tacos and All of them were amazing! Everything was so delicious we ate every single bite! We both had horchata drink and couldn't get enough of it! Sorry I forgot to take pictures before we started eating .

Normally so yummy, but the slow cooked beef was very dry & was only given a small dipping sauce when normally you get a large.

This is the closest you'll get to authentic Mexican food in Hinesville. The restaurant is owned by a woman from California, so it is a local and family business, and would be nice to get support! I would recommend at least trying a few things from their menu. My personal favorite is the carne asada quesadilla or the carne asada taco plate. I've tried Birria(shredded beef), carnitas (shredded pork), and carne tacos. The beef makes the tacos soggy and the carnitas don't taste authentic to me. Birria does taste great in the California Burrito! Do not get the carne asada fries. They taste dry and bland. The place is on the pricey side, again because it is a small business. Beware limes cost extra lol. Overall, I believe the place is good, not to die for though.

Birriadilla tacos were not good. The tortilla was very chewy as if it weren't cook all the way and the sauce was too bland.

Very greasy burritos and too much rice and no meat. Fries were soggy. Ingredients don't seem fresh no more.

Once again part of our order was missing and the food was incredibly greasy. We couldn't even pick up the tacos.

We got there around 7pm ish. It wasn't crowded at all. They had a bar and a lot of tables and…read moreseated areas. The decorations were very detailed! The back rests of all the chairs had Mexican inspired art, the walls were decorated with Mexican memorabilia and it was clean. We were greeted at the check in podium and promptly seated. Our waitress was very smiley and overall very pleasant. We shared a lot of laughs and had conversations and we felt very welcomed. They serve free chips and salsa too. As for food, we ordered the queso birria plate and the enchilada plate, flan and washed it down with their huge margaritas. I asked for the spiciest salsa and it was definitely spicy (but manageable), but lacking some flavor. The table salsa had more depth. If they can make that table salsa just as spicy i would have asked for a whole bottle to take home. The birria meat was also a little on the blander side. Overall the food was delicuous, it may have just been that day whoever made it went too light on the sal, but i def would like to come visit again They also give a very generous military discount so we tipped nearly the same amount.

Service is great, the house salsa is delicious, and the top shelf margarita is tasty. Sit outside…read moreif you can as the interior tables have vinyl table covers stapled to them. They have a lovely patio, though. I had the San Juan burrito with mole on recommendation. The carne asada was tough as boots and had obviously been pre-cooked and held in a steam table. The mole was a bit bitter, but otherwise okay. The guacamole is store bought and the sopapillas are simply flour tortillas deep fried and topped with cinammon sugar and aerosol whip cream. Portions are large and the staff is great so if you overlook some quality hiccups you won't leave hungry.

On March 13, 2026, at approximately 10:30 PM, my partner and I visited Chipotle Mexican Grill. When…read morewe arrived, we were the only customers standing in line waiting to be served. Despite this, we were left standing there for an unacceptable amount of time while employees deliberately avoided assisting us. After roughly five minutes, a male employee stated he would be with us shortly, yet instead of helping, he continued walking around the kitchen collecting items and organizing his workspace. Another ten minutes passed before a female employee wearing glasses approached the food line to place white rice out. She briefly acknowledged us and said she would help shortly, but then proceeded to focus entirely on preparing online orders rather than assisting the only customers physically waiting in line. We ultimately waited approximately 20 minutes before Ms. Pam finally came over and began preparing our food. Ms. Pam was the only employee who demonstrated any sense of urgency or professionalism, and she deserves recognition for actually doing her job. What was extremely frustrating was watching multiple employees casually walking around the kitchen, chatting, handling utensils, or pretending to be occupied while customers were clearly waiting to be served. One employee walked around with a clipboard appearing completely disengaged from the situation, while another employee made visible attempts to look busy instead of assisting. This type of behavior sends a very clear message that customer service is not a priority at this location. Employees should understand something very basic: customers are the reason the business operates at all. If customers are ignored, disrespected, or made to feel like an inconvenience, they will simply stop coming. When customers stop coming, the business loses revenue--and eventually employees lose hours, paychecks, and jobs. Additionally, the kitchen area appeared noticeably dirty, and the restaurant was out of guacamole, which further reflects poor management and lack of operational oversight. While the food itself was acceptable, the service experience was extremely disappointing and completely avoidable. For a company with the reputation and standards that Chipotle claims to uphold, this level of neglect toward customers is unacceptable. If you are military personnel in the area, I strongly recommend reconsidering supporting this location until management demonstrates that they respect both the community's service and the money being spent there.

I tried to call this restaurant earlier today but no one answered, so I'm leaving this here in case…read moremanagement sees it. I ate here yesterday evening and later that night I became very sick with food poisoning. I mainly wanted to bring it to someone's attention in case something might need to be checked with food handling or ingredients. I'm not trying to be rude or place blame--I just thought it would be responsible to let the restaurant know. I did try calling first because I felt it would be better to notify someone directly. It might be helpful if the phone is monitored during business hours so customers can report concerns like this right away. I'm not trying to place blame.
