Customer service isn't where it should be. Not greeted & slow workers. Cashier moved super slow there was dang near a line to the door to pay (not order as they already ordered). First time here & wasn't sure what to expect but definitely not expecting a chipotle type of place. They have items on the menu, you order but then proceeds to ask what you want? Kinda confusing not gunna lie. Over all though the food was okay. Felt like it could've been fresher. Portion size is good. Clean environment. I would try again. read more

Another great find here in Hinesville. If you like fresh ingredients and many options for Tex-Mex, this is the place to go! Wow! So many wonderful toppings for burritos, nachos, quesadillas, and burrito bowls. Lots of good flavor and efficient service. This will most likely be one of my stops every time we visit. Great atmosphere and convenient location, you can't beat it. It was loved by everyone in my family-adults and kids alike. My kids love being able to pick and choose different toppings depending on their taste for the day. It averages about $10/person depending on what you get and how much of it you get (extra charge for extra meat or steak). I personally think that is great for quick, healthy food especially for a family if you have to eat out. read more

Update: Called store, spoke to a very kind, professional assistant manager who apologized for the issue and promised to contact Door Dash on my behalf if they didn't refund my order. Took my name and number to let his manager know. My nachos were swimming in sour cream. The guacamole was thin and watery and didn't taste fresh. The tomatoes in the pico tasted rotten. Ruined the taste of the entire overpriced dish. Tried to pick them out but the taste was throughout the dish. Smelled rotten too. Very little of the other toppings I ordered. read more

Was my 1st time here and I loved how cleaned and the look of the place. The workers were nice as well. They had so many choices to chose from , I was too excited loading my nachos with all my favorite items. I thought the price was good for the amount of food you get as well. If I would've have known it would be so much , I would've shared with my guy instead of him getting his own. I gave it 4 stars for those reasons, however, I hate to say it but I wasn't that impressed with the food. I think Moe's and chipotle had them beat. My "loaded quesadilla" was the exact opposite of loaded. I even upgraded to the larger size. Barely any chicken or cheese. Tortilla was soggy. Had nothing holding it together. Most quesadillas actually hold their form somewhat after being cooked. There were more tomatoes than there was meat. I also requested pico de Gallo, guacamole and sour cream. Didn't get ANY of that(unless the tomatoes were a poor excuse for pico). Just a small dollop of sour cream. I guess they don't give a crap if you order delivery. Surcheros is a Chipotle like burrito/bowl tex mex restaurant. They are a small chain but a welcome addition to the almost desolate landscape of quality options in Hinesville. The fresh ingredients and flavor are a breath of fresh air amidst the common fast food choices. A frequenter of its competitors its nice to have new sauces and combinations to mix up the routine. Their cilantro ranch is a great addition to any item in my opinion. I welcome a newcomer to the burrito marketplace as their chicken bowl with spicy salsa is my favorite and overall one of the best in the town. read more

Surcheros forever will be one of my favorite places here in Hinesville. Absolutely love how everything here is super fresh and not processed. And I absolutely believe that they are a million times better than chipotle. I normally come for the nachos which you can load with as many toppings as you'd like. I also like to add both chicken and steak like I did last night. Love how they give you the option to give you the cheese on the side or on top of your nachos. My partner had the chicken and steak burrito which he loved this was his first time here. They have several tortillas options and the chipotle tortilla gave his burrito a nice little kick. Off a busy road in a shared plaza of previous failed businesses, is this wonderful dine in or to go restaurant. Like anything good in this town and yes you guessed it, they close on Sundays. Ingredients are fresh, and for all you guac fanatics including myself it is freshly made. I know what you're thinking and no, guac isn't extra. To the food! They grill burritos and they have an array of different tortillas to chose from, make burrito bowls, quesadillas, nachos, tacos, salads and even a s'mores quesadilla! The options don't stop there, each main meal comes with fresh tortilla chips and don't worry... there's a salsa bar. The best part about here is that although it is new, you walk in hungry and it's all familiar, even if it isn't, the menu is simple and straight to the point. You a spice/ hot sauce fanatic? At the salsa bar is an array of local and commercial hot sauces. Fresh ingredients is such an understatement these days and hardly go unnoticed but i appreciate good quality fresh ingredients because after all it makes the dish a whole lot better. Till next time! We were charged over $12 for what came out to be a 4-inch burrito then told there was nothing that could be done about it.
