I paid for the Ultimate Service at Flagship in Vienna and I'm honestly very disappointed. The service quality was far below what was promised. When I picked up my car, it was still dirty and looked like it had barely been cleaned. There was dust and dirt left inside and the exterior didn't look properly washed or detailed at all. It honestly felt like they rushed through the job or skipped steps completely. If you're charging for a premium "Ultimate" package, the car should come back spotless and properly detailed, but that definitely wasn't the case here. I expected professional work and attention to detail, but unfortunately the result didn't reflect that. It's alright but be sure not to get signed up for an unlimited was plan unless you actually want one. The wash itself is pretty good but it won't get everything just from the automatic wash and the price seems to keep going up. A major plus is the area where you can use the towels to clean/dry your car and the super powerful vacuums to give your car that much needed interior cleaning. This are can be super packed though when they're crowded. It's better than the gas station car washes and is priced accordingly. I don't come here too often but I'll stop every so often when the car needs a thorough wash. read more

I went to this car wash today. The guy who was doing wheel brightening some reason had attitude and tried to forceably unfold my auto side mirror. I told him to stop as it will damage the mirror. He just smiled and kept on going like his goal is to damage it. I talked to the manager Rigo. He was nice about it, but I doubt that anything was changed. The employee kept on just looking at me as if it was right thing to do. I couldn't believe it. I had similar experience before, but they don't seem to care about the car so much. As I talked to the manager, my side mirror that he forceably moved better not be permanantly broken, I have documented everything, and if they are broken I will call BB better business bureau and the insurance legal. Can I just get a car wash?? I hope car wash will all change to robot in the future so we don't have to deal with the attitude from the flagship employees just because it's hot outside. Becareful, if you file complaints, they purposely try to damage your car like my experience today. I told him repeatly not to forceably unfold my auto side mirror as the motor inside would be damaged, they (both wheel brightening guy at the end of washing cycle) yanked the side mirror left and right as it wouldn't move since it is auto power side mirror so it made some cracking noise... Especially one of the who was on the driver side just casually looked at me with a questionable smile then he said that he is just doing his job. His job is to brightening the wheel not breaking the auto power side mirror especially I told him to stop forceably unfolding it. He was holding the power auto side mirror by actually mirror itself not just the plasitc holder, so mirror motor was also pushed in as well, not just the entire side mirror (the bracket holder that fold and unfold auto controlled from inside + actual side mirror that move up and down and left to right from inside the whole things were damage and he definately intentionally tried to damage it. I asked the manager why he damaged my side miorror and why he wouldn't listen to me and just stop forceably turn the auto side mirror. the manager just said sorry and said that some employees he has are stupid and crazy that they would never listen to the manager... if it is the case then, they shouldn't have hired the them... I would not go back there as this place starting to going down and I do not trust any of them. Next time you go there, look at the face of employees, they used to be a lot better when it was first opened.. Now, it explains why there are so many one star in its review. Quality is awful. The consistently poor reviews support my experience, except my car also sustained danmage that Flagship refused to accept responsibility for. My back windshield wiper was ripped off during the car wash( camera confirmed). No mention by anyone wiping down my car. Once noticed ( the next time it rained and I uses the rear wiper) I informed Flagship and they told me that I needed to inform within 24 hours regarding any sustained damage. Gave me the run around, told me to obtain an estimate and then denied based on policy of 24 hours informing of damage. They have insurance for this. Have not been back since!! He said he would look up my information and called me back. He never called me back. I went to see him in person, and he said my car was too old to file a claim. Good car wash. Two stars today. It appeared MOST of the parts inside the automatic Carwash were working. I splurged on the $25 self serve wash and didn't see much of a difference between the $15 wash and the $25 wash. The place was wall to wall with cars as is usual on a weekend morning (4/4/26). I had to wait a few minutes to get a self service stall to vacuum my vehicle which is when the fun started. First, I noticed that the vacuum hose on the drivers side was barely sucking. I knew from experience that this is a frequent problem. I disassembled the hose end wand & pulled out a ball of hair mixed with rubber bands and trash. This was the clog. Worked well after that bit of maintenance. I noticed no glass cleaner at any of the self serve stations except for one. I guess the days of free glass cleaner is over or ending. No towels in the bin, but this is normal. You get towels when you get towels. I have to wonder if any maintenance or inspections are done on the self serve area. You can do better Flagship. Horrible car wash experience. Told employees it was my first time. Did not explain what to do so I was late flipping car to neutral. I felt my car was still going to fast so I pushed the brakes. Attendant just yelled but didn't do anything about me being too close to the car in front of me. A minute later and I'm in there back end. Company refused to call me. Which they said they would and also refused to talk with my insurance. Never go to a flagship unless you are willing to pay some auto body billing. Horrible business read more

This is without a doubt, the best car wash I've ever been to. The first time I went, I got the $44 wash, which is the most expensive one where they vacuum inside. I was thoroughly impressed with how modern the equipment is and it seems to be very well maintained. While I was waiting for my car the first time, I saw a part where they have a self-service vacuum. You can pull your car into a parking spot and vacuum it yourself. In addition, they have clean microfiber cloths in a top bin at each parking spot, and a bin for dirty microfiber towels at the bottom. The next time I returned, I got the AYCE monthly Top-tier wash with self-service vacuum for $40. That is an absolute steel if you wash your car more than once a month. read more

While it may be a drive-thru car wash, it does a very good job. If you get the $25. wash, the wax leaves a long-lasting shine. And, they have other plans for a certain fee you can get your car washed numerous times a month. There is normally a man near the card-pay machines to help. This is a quick and mostly reliable car wash. In total it takes around 15 minutes from the start of the car wash to the end of the full cleaning. I have never had to wait in a long line while I am there which is a plus for me. There are vacuums there so you can get a car wash and then choose to vacuum yourself. I opt for the largest package which is $44 for a full cleaning. I don't get my car washed often so I don't mind paying this but I do find it to be a little pricey. I've been going here for years and this has been a great wash. The workers are great and always do an excellent job. I've had an unlimited membership for over two years because it was easy and they do such a good job. Recently, however, their entry process has changed. There are 3 rows and the gates used to open one at a time, in order. The next gate wouldn't open until the previous one closed. This kept things organized and ensured everyone was getting the correct wash. Now, the gates will each open immediately after paying. It's now a mad rush as people try to squeeze in wherever they can. Why we can't be civilized and just take proper turns? I don't know. But we can't. I've gotten the wrong wash at least twice now because people cut in front. Please fix your entry to go back to one gate at a time. We mere humans can't function properly without it. read more

I really enjoy coming to this car wash -- it's one of the better ones around. One of the features I really appreciate is the compressed air, which makes it easy to get into all the hard-to-reach spots and get my car looking super clean. The self-vacuum and cleaning area is another big plus. I like that I can take my time without feeling rushed, which really makes a difference when you're trying to do a thorough job. Went here last week & paid for the full service cleaning (inside & out). It cost $36, which I feel is expensive. Once I got home & looked at my floors, they were not cleaned. I have a Mazda Miata, so not much there to vacuum, but they managed to not bother at all as you can see from pic. I took everything out of trunk, so it would be easy to vacuum & they didn't bother to do that either. When pulling in the guy at payment kiosk did a hard sell on monthly membership. I'm extremely disappointed with Flagship Car Wash's billing practices and customer service. I have two vehicles enrolled in their unlimited wash membership, one at the Vienna location and one at the Loudoun location. Both cars are supposed to receive a $5 multi-car discount -- but for over seven months, I've been overcharged $34.99 per car instead of $29.99. I've reached out multiple times by email, and even spoke in person with a manager at the Vienna location who said the issue was fixed -- but nothing has changed. The overbilling continues month after month, and no credit has ever been issued for the extra ~$70 they owe me. To make matters worse, I was even charged an extra $15 recently despite having an active unlimited membership. Flagship's car washes are fine, but the way they handle billing errors and customer concerns is terrible. I've been more than patient, but at this point, I would strongly advise others to double-check your statements -- and think twice before signing up for their membership. read more

We did the Halloween Car Wash of Doom event, pre purchased at $25. You had the option to put your hazards on for "not scary" but honestly the creepy clowns just laugh and tap on the windows, so unless you specifically have a clown phobia, you'll be fine. Not a lot of instruction on lining up cars in three lanes, we waited for 40 minutes after arriving at the very start at 7pm, not a lot of help at the scanner/payment kiosk, and we ended up driving a wrong way as we exited bc no one was directing cars and the ramp was jam packed with incoming vehicles and it looked like there was no room to exit in that direction. All in all, we at least got a car wash out of it, but it was a one and done Halloween event for us. read more

Earlier today (10/5/25), many clients, including myself, faced the longest wait at Flagship Vienna. Despite being patient and understanding that malfunctioning happens, some things are harder to forgive. When there is a long line of cars standing still because the conveyer belt has issues, at some point, someone has to make the decision to start turning cars away (until the problem is resolved). And it could be the case that maybe that someone/a manager was not onsite to make that call. If you've ever been to the Vienna location, you know that once you're up that ramp, there's no going back. And so, the mistake many of us made was to be patient (we know it's a busy location) because it takes getting past the barriers to understand that they were actually having problems with the conveyer belt. After spending over 30 minutes in line, I passed the barrier, there were 2 cars stationed in front of me, and the scene before our eyes: employees struggling to fix the left conveyer belt. When it was finally time to move, I remember hoping I do not get stuck in the wash cycle. Well, I got stuck and so was the car in front of me and the one behind me. I bearely passed the "rinse" cycle when the belt abruptly stopped. It took more than 5 minutes before employees came up to my car (as they walked down the line behind me) to say that we have to drive through the remainder of the way. Yes, riding on the nubs/flights was very bumpy and God knows what it does to a car/the tires. I/we didn't get a full rinse (see photos taken shortly after leaving the carwash), didn't finish the wash process, didn't get an apology from anyone for anything. With this incident, comes this review and the determination to take my business elsewhere. In stating the facts, the last one is that finally, on the drive down the ramp to exit the place, they had finally stopped receiving cars. read more

I've previously gone to an automated car wash a little closer to me (Falls Church), but wanted to treat my new-to-me car to a new experience by trying out a place I had heard about through word of mouth. My last car wash place ended up giving my old car tiny scratches all over after numerous car washes there. As to Flagship - Show up early if you go on weekends! I took advantage of daylight savings time and only waited about 10 min on the ramp to get an exterior wash. Love the easy free interior vacuums at the end... an extra 3 minutes of effort on my part had my car looking great both inside and out, for a reasonable price. I'll likely be back despite the extra drive, based on ease and the little extra perks - but it remains to be seen whether the same wear and tear on my car's exterior will ensue over time. read more

The car wash itself is excellent! It was fully entertaining for my 4 year old, and he loved helping me vacuum the carpets. We got the basic car wash for $14, but the exterior of my car was sparkling clean after it got sprayed, soaped, waxed, and dried. There were other bells and whistles and lights that my son enjoyed too. I also really loved the convenience of vacuuming my own car. There are 2 vacuums per car (one on each side) so you don't have to reach to inconvenient locations, and they have great suction power. BUT... the line was ridiculous. We went on a Saturday afternoon and the line went around the block. After waiting 5 minutes and not moving forward at all, we estimated that the line was about an hour and decided to come back early the next day. We came at 9AM on Sunday morning to find that the car wash was closed without announcement. We tried again at 2PM on a Monday, thinking there would be no line in the middle of the workday, but there was still a line halfway down the ramp. I'm not sure when you can get there and not find a line! From pulling up to the line to exiting down the ramp, it was about 40 minutes including our self-vacuum experience. TLDR: I really enjoyed the car wash itself, but the wait was too long. read more

Getting a car washed these days is quite expensive. Sure they have a monthly plan, but who aside from Uber drivers perhaps, has the time for that? I try everything with a teenager to keep the car tidy. It is teeth pulling in nature, as I always find his food remnants all over the place. Occasionally I'll go here to get this vacuumed out, and the exterior taken care of. As expected the birds seem to be ready afterwards. I prefer some of their smaller locations more, and also those with less traffic volume. This one is huge! That being said exceptional employees, who go the extra mile with friendliness and hard work. Getting in and out of here on route 123 can be arduous. That being said it's probably the best bet if in the Vienna area. You'll have a better looking ride after visiting here. read more

I have a monthly unlimited membership and they changed from sticker to license plate for entry. Every time I go there, one of their people standing outside has to use their tablet to let me in. I keep asking when the license plate scanner is going to start working. They won't talk to me. There appears to be no management monitoring the place you can go to talk about problems. I'm thinking about canceling if this doesn't get corrected. read more

Got the flagship package for $44 for exterior and interior. It was cleaned so poorly they agreed to send me through a second time. Pictures are from after 2 times through with the full package. Still needed to clean it myself after I got home. Would have been much better off with the cheapest package and doing interior and wheels myself since I needed to do it again anyway.
