Actual robbery - do not come here. I thought "Oh 2 stars - most carwashes I go to are lowly rated" but I should have read the reviews. DO NOT COME HERE. First red flag - their "basic" wash is 30$ or they are trying to convince you to get an unlimited membership. I am not in the area that much so no I am not going to be a member. You could see the swindlers were really bummed when I said no 3x. Secondly, you go through the car wash and it last maybe 15 seconds...I kid you not. Washing and drying in less than 30 seconds, Exxon has a longer car wash. Afterwards I was confused - where are the shammy and the free vacuums? Then I realized the sad, twisted truth - vacuums are not free. They charge $4 for 8 minutes of vacuuming...which after a 30 DOLLAR 30 SECOND CAR WASH, is actually being robbed. Other reviews are right - they dont want you to shammy here hence they lack shammies - I did not care, I parked my car and wiped it off with the one I had in my car. The vacuum lot is extremely hard to turn around in as well. Do NOT GO HERE save your money. read more

Deeply disappointed with Mr. Wash. For $30 -- the most I've ever paid for a tunnel car wash across numerous states and high cost-of-living areas -- I expected at minimum a complete, quality clean. The machine left my car incompletely washed and dried, and to top it off, the manager informed me that vacuums are a separate $4 charge. In all my years using tunnel washes, I have never once encountered a pay-to-vacuum policy. Every other car wash, regardless of location or price, includes vacuums as part of the basic experience. The problems didn't stop there. There were no towels or paper towels available -- just a bare-bones setup clearly designed to cut costs while maximizing charges. The service technicians were inattentive and unhelpful, and the lane attendant directing me into the tunnel provided zero guidance, resulting in me curbing my wheel on the way in. This place charges a premium and delivers well below average. Poor value, poor service, poor execution. Nah, I signed up for this unlimited membership. My car has already been damaged after two washes. There's a really bad scrape and material transfer on the wheel well. Canceling the membership....i do not recommend. read more

Service is terrible, employees are rude and act they're doing you a favor by standing at the gate and doing literally nothing. The wash is mediocre at best. You'll need to pass through twice for decent exterior wash. If you want the interior vacuumed, be prepared to do it yourself but of course for an additional charge, unless you have a membership. Don't go here their car wash ripped out my taillight... When I get there the attendant rudely asks me if I know how to put my car in neutral... and then starts running their scammy sales pitch for a subscription. So I pay for just the car wash ($30 freaking dollars, highway robbery). Then during the actual car wash I hear a loud pop and crack noise from the back of the vehicle. After the car wash I pull over and there it is, my taillight hanging off my car... I immediately go back and tell them what happened and I start filling out paperwork for insurance (seems like this is common practice here...) Thanks for the worst car wash experience ever! Really awful, quite candidly. It's $30 and there is no interior service whatsoever and if you want to vacuum out your car, you do it yourself for an extra charge. Once you go through the wash what you are left with are spots and missed dirty spaces. But since there's no one outside doing any touchup, you're on your own. A true waste of money and it should be avoided. This is what happens when there are no people and the operation is purely automated. read more

Felicia was super kind and friendly. I pulled up to the "Unlimited Membership" right lane and she quoted a great deal of FIRST MONTH $5 UNLIMITED Signature PLUS EXTRA Shine car washes! Of course I paid (Credit Card ONLY) to sign up. (Ref: images below flyer) The drive-thru conveyer belt was fun, super bright, and did NOT scratch my new SUV Kia Sportage EX. I work a couple of blocks away, and I asked Felicia how early they open, she said "7:00 A.M." so I'll definitely be back here in a couple of days to use my first month of UNLIMITED CAR WASHES! I have been a member of Mr Car Wash for a few years. Now they want to start charging you to use their Vaccums cleaners on top ofniur monthly fee. Now at the Tysons location they want you to Vaccums your car first and wash. Where are we supposed to wipe down the water from the car? They said to go to another parking lot. So inconvenient. I'm thinking of canceling my membership. I might as well pay the high fee at Flagship where they Vaccums and wipe down your cars. Smh. read more

It's rather pricey, considering you're putting in elbow grease. That alone is a deterrent, but companies are allowed to dictate their prices. On a positive note, the vacuum cleaners are industrial grade. These can help everywhere in your car. Definitely go off peak hours if you can. The employees are excellent. All are polite and friendly. The wash is quite good. Your car will certainly look a lot better. Traffic in and around here can be a logistical challenge. It works if you're in the area. read more

When I paid to get my car washed today, I didn't expect to have to beg and plead to let me through. I shouldn't have to sit there for five minutes arguing with the guy that I do not want to buy a monthly membership because I live nowhere near any of these car washes. I came to Tysons to go to the mall and pick up a package and I am not from the area. I told him that repeatedly and I told him I didn't want to pay the $40 a month when I do not regularly wash my car and I only wanted to come here and get my car quickly washed. I had to ask multiple times can I please pay and get my car washed and they would not let me pay until five minutes later because they wanted to convince me I needed to pay an additional $10 to come somewhere that I'm never going to come again. I could not recommend this place less to any other person. This was such a horrible experience and I am so pissed off after leaving there I wanted to turn myself right back around and chew out the guy who refused to let me through until I finally was like look just let me pay and let me through. $30 is already way too freaking much for a car wash this place should be ashamed of the people that they hire. read more

The cost does not justify the service. Charging $25 simply to clean the exterior, without providing hand-drying afterward, makes it more economical to use a gas station car wash for $11, where I can also watch the exterior cleaning process for a lot less. read more

Attendant asked me to roll down my window as something seemed to be scraping on the bottom of the car. I rolled down my window and the car wash started up spraying soapy water into my brand new car. I was soaked with the soapy solution as well as my leather interior. While the soap was being sprayed inside my car and on me, I yelled to shut off the spray but it kept spraying while I was trying to get my window up. The attendant in charge of the line didn't know how to shut off the spray. A more senior attendant managed to stop the spray and not charge me for the wash but the interior damage to the new car is noticeable. I recommend caution in going to this car wash. read more

Expensive for simple external wash. It is automated but there is no hand drying, no inside cleaning, and the attendants only prep the left side of the car where they stand as you enter. So the right side is dirtier afterwards. read more

I rolled up and they got me through quickly which was great but after running through the wash, my car was no where near dry and there were still dirty parts on my car. For $25 per wash I am pretty unsatisfied and will probably go somewhere else. read more

It gets the job done! All the employees are really nice. Pretty good value for the monthly washes if you live near one. Always cleans my tires nicely and no damage as far as I can tell, so service is as requested (basic tunnel wash). Little annoying that not all of them have vacuums though :( read more

Don't be swept away with the enthusiasm of the "introductory rate" employees. The $420-$538 programs will get you a quickie wash with recycled water, but NO interior vacuuming, NO tire shine, and NO post-wash toweling. Honestly, my car had more water stains after MRWASH than before. read more

It scratched my brand new car and the customer service is a joke. Even though you are 100% sure their machine scratched your car, forget it; they won't do anything. They won't even share the details of their false investigation. If you want to ruin your car, you can use their car wash machine. I don't recommend this car wash, not even to my worst enemy. Plenty of better and cheaper places. Barely vacuumed inside my car if they did at all. Employees don't care much. They will shove their monthly plan on you. Pass on the plan. Then put it in reverse and go elsewhere. read more
