Felicia was super kind and friendly. I pulled up to the "Unlimited Membership" right lane and she quoted a great deal of FIRST MONTH $5 UNLIMITED Signature PLUS EXTRA Shine car washes! Of course I paid (Credit Card ONLY) to sign up. (Ref: images below flyer) The drive-thru conveyer belt was fun, super bright, and did NOT scratch my new SUV Kia Sportage EX. I work a couple of blocks away, and I asked Felicia how early they open, she said "7:00 A.M." so I'll definitely be back here in a couple of days to use my first month of UNLIMITED CAR WASHES! I think they just opened 2 months ago. They're very clean, smooth transactions, friendly, and very bright Car Wash! Right next to PetSmart off Route 7 (Leesburg Pike) in McLean/ Tysons Corner!

Basically just a dressed up version of the gas station style drive thru carwash. No idea why someone would get a subscription to this...

Left brush marks on my car would not recommend for the how much it costs every month.

Finding the entrance drive can be tricky... the building is set back away from the highway and not clearly marked CADC, just something about auto detailing. I've trusted them with routine detailing and even had my vehicle ceramic coated here, which is why this situation was so disappointing. On my most recent visit, I paid extra for an interior and engine spiff up, but the interior was clearly not properly cleaned - surfaces were not properly wiped down and it appeared to have only been vacuumed. I also specifically asked that the inside of the hood be wiped due to salt buildup from recent snow and was told it would be taken care of. When I got home and opened the hood to check, the secondary hood safety latch was broken. This had never been an issue before and raises concern about potential damage while the vehicle was being handled. I reached out to Kian (owner/manager?) twice to ask whether they had any issues opening the hood, hoping to understand what happened and address a vehicle damage issue. Both messages were read, yet I never received a response. Mistakes happen, but when there is a possibility of expensive damage to a customer's vehicle - especially from a loyal, long-term customer - the lack of any response is highly disappointing and unprofessional. I was genuinely hoping for at least the common courtesy of a reply. UPDATE: repair cost was $350

Advice: have a dealership telling you that you need thousands in car fixes? Come here before you…read moresign off. Due to a Honda recall, I dropped my car off across the street at the Honda dealership. I received a call saying my timing belt was rotted, I had multiple oils leaks, water pump problems, and more! All totaling about $2,900. I promptly called Schmitz's on the recommendation of a coworker and explained the situation. Al assured me that I could bring it by when Honda was done and he would review the quote and give me an honest answer on what my car actually needed. Later that afternoon, I dropped my car off and went over the list with Al. He went out with me to take a look under the hood, kindly showing me that my car doesn't even have a timing belt! The serpentine belt and timing chain were clearly fine. I went back to work and got a call about an hour later with a recommendation on two things to fix now and a couple to keep an eye out on over the next two years. It was fixed by the end of the day. He could have taken Honda's quote and said yep that is all true and charged me just a little less. But instead Al took the time to show and explain, thoroughly "diagnose" my car, and handle it all in a couple of hours. By the way, it cost me less than $500. I will 100% be back when my car needs it.

At first I was thrilled as the service manager was nice enough and I enjoyed going there. -This past weekend it changed dramatically and NOPE will never go back. Backstory- called roughly 2 weeks ago because my car needed some items done. We agreed that because the parking lot is small, I'd swing the car over to have them look at it so they could order the parts Saturday- stopped in and someone I've never seen before essentially refused to look at my broken mirror. Saying "well I can tell you now you need a new mirror" ironic considering he hadn't step foot from behind the counter. As he was "too busy" LUCKILY A SHOP WASNT "TOO BUSY"- walked out of there vowing to never go back and called another shop in Falls Church. The gentleman said "bring it on by. Happy to look at it" went to that shop and the nice guy not only looked at it but showed me the parts online to order (spoiler I don't need a new mirror) so I could save money from buying through a dealer. He then went as far as to remove the hanging pieces so they wouldn't damage the paint In conclusion- Schmitz managed to lose out on a broken mirror (purchase and replacement) fixing the cable for the gas tank, oil change, emissions and state inspection, and a car wash all because the guy "was too busy" I suggest finding other places that value customers
